I had my vasectomy done here and the office was just fantastic. It was clean and everyone was professional. Dr. Grabato did an amazing job and was very knowledgeable.

Seriously the WORST experience I’ve ever had in a doctors office. Waited two hours just for them to be completely unorganized. He knew there were problems and didn’t do anything to see why. Won’t be back.

I was very impressed with Dr. Grabato's skills in diagnosis and treatment of my enlarged bladder. You would have trouble finding someone with more experience!

Dr Grabato and his staff were extremely helpful with my father Harley Knutson a few weeks ago. I almost brought him to Dallas but after a lengthy discussion we decided to get treated at Pampa Regional with Dr Grabato and I’m glad we did. My father was given excellent care and is having a great outcome from the surgery. Dr Grabato gave him his life back. I give the highest recommendation to him and his staff.

I am unimpressed with the staff so far at the doctor's office. We were approved by the nurse on call on Friday 1/26 to have a third party accompany my 85 year old father (with dementia) on his first visit. Everyone gets there on Monday 1/29 and he is refused. Even though they had family contact information, no one can pick up a phone and call. The end results is that a very elderly patient has to suffer a few more days until we can reschedule. Unacceptable.
