I'm only giving this place 1 star because I can't give them a -5 stars.My mother was in this facility for 2 days before I rescued her! She was supposed to be there for rehab after a hip replacement. She was left in bed all of time without pain meds, until I got there. My mother never got her blood thinners the entire time she was there, which could have led to a clot and possible death! Especially since they never got her up! "Nurse" Kinsey is a liar! She makes excuses for her neglectful manner and never keeps her "promises" to her patients! The only help My mom got was from me or when I INSISTED they do something for her, like get her to the bathroom! When they did do anything, I had to teach these "nurses" how to handle hip replacement patients because they were unaware of precautions and tossed her around like a pancake, while she cried in pain, (remember, she had not been given her pain meds). Since I was the only one that was caring for my mom, I took her home with me where I'll do the best I can. I had a hip replacement six months ago, but as little as I can do for my Mom is WAY more than any of these foul people did for her. I even had one "nurse" tell me "take her to the bathroom yourself! I'm not going to do it! " 😲😡Also, please beware, they will steal patients medications and blame it on, "the script hasn't come in yet".The food is disgusting and inedible too! 🤮 DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES THERE!

The staff cares so much for the residents. It is truly like having an extended family. The new administrative team is warm, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. The nurses and aides are advocates for their residents. Love seeing all the smiling faces in the building!

This place is a joke! Take your loved ones elsewhere. My grandma was here after a week they sent her to a place For behavioral issues and was very poor educating us on what to expect. And rushing us to make a quick decision at the last minute. I never ever would have brought her here please be aware theses people don’t care about your loved ones! Very dry and unhelpful 0 heart

Never take a family member here unless you stay with them at all times! My grandmother was left laying in her room almost unresponsive due to severe dehydration! When we got her to the hospital we found multiple advanced bed sores that were so bad they were stage 4 and unstageable! If I could give zero stars I would!!!

My first time in a home. My doctor wanted me to go here for a little bit of wound care and more Physical Therapy for 3 months..they didn't do things well and they have numerous problems and numerous staffing problems and they ended up keeping me for 6 months and I finally came home to where I came out of the place in worse shape than I went in and the kitchen and food and a lot of the staff is absolutely horrible.
