I went in for a consult for removing cysts on my scalp. The young black girl was very nice and professional. The appointment setters were rude to her in regards to coding for my next appt. There was tension throughout the office. Dr Armanani made the removal sound very complicated. I had a cyst removed 8 years ago and it was simple. They entered all the codes and said my part after insurance would be $1299 to remove 4 cysts.My 17 year old son was with me and when we left he said he felt negative vibes there. I agreed. I ended up using a local provider in my hometown who was willing and capable. She did an excellent job and I only had to pay my $10 copay.
