I went the Pasadena location today for hair removal and the lady was absolutely amazing. She was the sweetest and understood my anxieties and was full of patience to answer any questions I had during the process. I highly recommend this place.
Ann did a great job !
They are friendly and make you feel comfortable. Their prices are reasonable. Paris is a great consultant guides you through the service and keeps you occupied during the sessions to make you comfortable and safe. I will not go any other where but here!!!
Ann (the owner) is great, but the manager at this location is totally unprofessional. She speaks rudely to customers and like you are dumb. If you get on her bad side she will not do your laser hair correctly. Things started out bad with her because I was 6 minutes late for my 1st appointment there and she rudely told me that I needed to reschedule but I got rescheduled to 10 minutes after my appointment, so really it didn’t make a difference and 6 mins shouldn’t. I have shown up on time and waited 15 mins to be seen, so I shouldn’t be given a hard time for 6 mins. Today she asked if there was any where she missed on my laser hair removal “so I wouldn’t complain.” I have had laser hair done for years, so I know that you can feel when the yag machine gets a hair. Every time she did my laser hair removal I didn’t feel anything, even when she was right on dark hair, she would “accidentally” push the shut down button 4 to 5 times, and she tried to have me use metal joggles that didn’t allow me see. I asked for regular glasses today and I saw that the shut down button was being pushed. When I went to look to see what the settings were, she turned the machine so I couldn’t see. The only reason I can think to do that is because the settings weren’t what they were supposed to be set to. Whatever the case, it was a waste of my money and I won’t be back here.
Been receiving laser facial hair removal from Paris here, and I'm about 11 treatments in currently. All the employees seem friendly and professional, and the prices are affordable (which makes sense given the name). Results aren't instant, but they are gradual and very noticeable. I'm pleased with the current results and looking forward to further improvement.
Spent $400 on Botox ….Results ….waste of my money honestly I don’t think she injected anything in my face ….Never again . Beware and pay attention when she’s doing the work you’ll see what I mean
My mother went here to get fillers around her eye area about 5 months ago since then she hasn’t had any results on one eye and it Looked like someone punched her in the eye from all the bruising around one eye she’s been trying to call since 2 weeks the first time she called the lady that answered the phone said she would call back and never did and they haven’t answered the phone since then she just wanted them to fix whatever they did to her eye not for free she was willing to pay just to get rid of the bruises that has been on her face since 1 week after she had work done at this facility
Paris is amazing, she gives you a straight answer to all your questions
I did my first laser hair removal session with Paris and she was so nice and made sure I was comfortable with everything. Answered all my questions and made sure I understood the process. 10/10 would recommend Paris! :D
I purchased the whole body laser hair removal which isn't even the whole body, 6 areas were allowed with a size difference that didn't even make sense, my arms were counted as one and my upper lip were also counted as one?? Obviously my upper lip is way smaller area than my arms so I'm confused how that works I was under the impression it was a full body laser removal, THATS NOT EVEN THE POINT, I started my laser treatment and kept seeing my hair coming back and at that it came back THICKER, I kept voicing my concerns and kept being told it was my fault for waiting too long in between treatments. MIND YOU THIS HAPPENED TO EVERY AREA, even the areas that were started at a later date and were all on time, I Kept voicing my concerns throughout a whole year and they kept promising it was going to turn out good, MY HAIR IS NOW THICKER IN EVERY PLACE I GOT LASERED, I paid $2,000 just for my problem areas to become worse?? Where's the customer satisfaction?? I also asked if I could use one of my 6 areas to go over the same spots again and was told no, even after telling them what was going on, they did not care! I had one more treatment left for two areas and did not even bother to show up, they have worsened what I was paying to remove and now I have to constantly pluck shave and do whatever just to feel normal having hair as thick as a man and them not bothering to fix the problem! This affects me daily and I obviously don't feel comfortable in my own skin, I am very disappointed for wasting my time and money here when they don't even care about me or my results!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
