I won't share a before because I don't have one but believe me when I say, this keloid scar (located on my shoulder, so it's very visible) was much worse, it was VERY BRIGHT pink and MUCH MORE prominent than it looks now...n the doctor injected one shot n it SHRUNK, as someone who prefers to wear spaghetti strap tanks, especially with our Texas heat, I was OVER THE MOON with its shrinkage...I recommend him 100 % ... if you can, see Dr T!

Would not recommend the place. It took several calls to get someone on the phone and they scheduled my appointment at the wrong time. I had scheduled at 3:15 pm and upon arrival, I was told that my appointment was at 2:45 pm. Receptionist said the doctor could see me but it would be a long wait. They close at 5 pm and there were several other patients waiting. I don’t believe they would have had time to see me. There was another patient there since 10 am that had not been seen by the doctor and it was 3:15 pm already. Cannot comment on the doctors but would not recommend due to staff incompetence.

What the previous post said about comparing this doctor to a merchant and insist on credit card - untrue! I have 2 family members who didn't have insurance and Dr. Tausend treated them on a cash basis. No credit card.

Patients beware: These "merchants" will require your credit card information in order to be examined by the medic. Otherwise, you will be turned around. They want to be able to charge your card anytime they feel like it! Medicine used to be a noble profession... In their check-in paperwork they compare themselves with hotel and car rental companies! Imagine that! Even if you have insurance, even if you pay the copay in advance...if you don't provide credit card information you will be shown the door! Way to honor the Hippocratic Oath! Stay away from these "merchants".

Horrible experience! I scheduled an appointment last week to see the dermatologist. When I walked in to the office this morning, I was not greeted by the staff nor did they seem very friendly. I waited to see the doctor for 40 minutes; 20 minutes in the lobby and 20 minutes in the back office, before I left without seeing the doctor. Not one word of apology or reassurance that the doctor would be in to see me soon. If you’re looking for a dermatologist, look elsewhere. I do not believe they care about their patients at all.
