Dr Randall operated on my knee about 5 years ago meniscus tear ,it was industrial after the surgery he wanted me to go back to work in 4 days with no therapy (can we say company doctor) i said no way, he was narcissistic, condescending his bed side manner is just terriblemy knee has never been the same
He will tell you that he cannot help you because he don't like to do expensive surgery if you only have medicare. Even though he is enrolled in the Cigna Health. I was referred to him by Dr Valdez who said I needed shoulder surgery. When I went to Dr Randall he gave me a cortisone shot in my shoulder which didn't work I went back and he referred me to anther doctor who gave me Ibuprofen and that is it. I watched a video whre he brags about my type of surgery I want him to tell me why he would not take my insurance. I been suffering for a year now and have frozen shoulder. He will be glad to do surgery if you have those good insurances but not medicare.
I took my elderly mother to Dr Randall twice regarding arthritis in her knee. The first visit went fine and he gave her a cortisone shot which helped. About 3 weeks prior to her second visit, my mother had fallen and was experiencing considerable pain in that knee. X-rays showed that nothing was broken but we were hoping Dr Randall could provide some relief. It was very apparent that he wanted to just give her a shot and be done, basically telling her, you’re too old for surgery and you have arthritis…it’s going to hurt. Not acceptable. After going to a competent orthopedist, we discovered that Dr Randall should have drained the considerable amount of fluid on her knee first to ensure the shot would be directed to the right area. Dr Randall can be charming at times, but also comes off as a real arrogant jerk. Never again would I subject my mother to that treatment.
I have been seeing Dr. Randall for various issues since 2009. Up until this week Jan. 25, 2021, I would have given 5stars; however, I tried calling on Monday to get an appointment for an injury that occurred Sunday, only to encounter that their phone system does NOT connect you to an actual person. Instead, you’re forced to leave a voicemail and wait (to no avail) for a call back. I’ve left 2 messages in the last 4 days and have yet to receive a call back. Absolutely appalled at the lack of care, concern, and timeliness demonstrated by this office. Looks like I’ll be forced to take my business elsewhere... and I wonder if the doctors even know that this is happening, and if they know then why it would be allowed to continue other than they do not care.
I was extremely happy with my first visit. Medical Assistant Ruby was extremely helpful. Then I had x-rays which were some what painful due to my back pain, but attendants were helpful as they could be. Then I got Physician Assistant Erik Muhlstedz who went over the x-rays with me. PA Muhlstedz was extremely professional and very thorough advising me what was causing my back pain. I picked up the prescription he called in so I don't think I could ask for anything more. Extremely good experience with Dr. David Randall's Office. His assistants were outstanding. I can't imagine getting any better assistance than this.
I have never in my life had as amazing experience as I did here. Rubi is the most thoughtful and caring nurse. Went OUT of their way to fix another doctors mistake. I had my surgery within 24 hrs. You can tell the dr and the pa CARE. Its not about money it's about helping. Its going to be a long recovery for me and I couldn't be happier I found this place!
Dr Randall has performed three different surgeries on me. First a repair of a torn in two achilles tendon, second a total hip replacement and third corporal tunnel surgery. All surgeries were very successful. I found the comments about him and his staff being rude to be totally false. He is straight forward and answered all my questions straight up with no nonsense. His staff is very cordial with me. But I try to treat them the same way I want to be treated. If you want a good doctor stick with Dr Randall if you want to be pampered do you thing
Excellent service Best doctor I know!
very rude doctor and slow staff
Absolutely the WORST experience ever! I can't speak on the doctor's behalf but his staff is extremely rude and inconsiderate of people's time and work schedules. They fail to follow through on sending referrals and requesting authorizations in a timely manner. They even scheduled me for surgery without having clearance from my insurance and then canceled it at 4:45 pm the day before. Did I mention they also had me scheduled for the wrong surgery? They don't apologize for their mistakes and blame everyone else instead. They will also dodge your phone calls and avoid you when they don't have an answer instead of just providing an update out of professional curiosity. Trust me, find another orthopedic until they hire better staff and a more knowledgeable group of people to run that office.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
