For the most part it was a good exp, but the night nurse when called 2 times never came into the room to disconnect my monitor, blood pressure cuff so I could go to the bathroom, had to do it myself and then reconnect it when I returned. They didn't check on me.

ER experience was fine, no issues there but once upstairs it was awful. Nurses never knew what was going on, new nurse everyday so they all had no clue. Inaccurate information given, never got my loved one up and moving around, just left laying in bed all week. Will definitely choose a different location if there is a next time.

The ER staff and the nurses on the 4th floor were all great. I am thankful for everyone that provided the care I needed.

First of all, I wanna say that what happened to me was definitely disgusting and irresponsible of the owners of this dog but I’m pulling through thanks to HCA Southeast HCA in Pasadena and they started their my Care but I think they could’ve done better but HCA southeast has always been there for me whether I was having a spider bite dog bite whatever it could be or a mental. I was having a mental issue. They still treated me like I was human like my feelings matter they took care of the situation, they always tell me they’re gonna take care of me and I always say I know you always do and I want to thank all of you once again for. Saving me getting me back to a point where I can fight the rest of it myself, but I wasn’t gonna do this alone and so thank you so much for taking care of me as I do not have the support group that I need. It’s been very very trying I can’t stop crying, but I will prevail and I thank you and I hope I don’t see you again soon lol

Quickly seen and assessed and the problem addressed. Doctors and nurses were kind and empathetic to my pain. Would go there again if I needed an ER visit.
