I highly recommend Glo Girl Spa, I had the most incredible experience on my EZ gel treatment, the results were amazing, Brittney is very professional and knowledgeable.

Absolutely ADORE my results! I got my first EZ Gel treatment today and the results are amazing. I had no idea what I needed so I gave Brittany my budget then she used her expertise to put my money to good use. 100/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

10/10 DONT RECOMMEND. They started charging my clients double for their appts. I know have to go back and refund that with my personal money since it takes up to “90 days” according to them.

gloss has stolen/ withheld $1100 worth of deposits. refuses to answer when I try to get in contact. they've given me the run around since May 24th and it is now June 6th. they have caused me to be late on rent for my home and rent for my business. they've caused me several overdraft fees. the "team" isn't helpful nor do they care of the inconvenience they have caused me. I certainly would never recommend gloss to another person. so if you expect next day deposits to pay bills, definitely don't use GlossGenius. apparently they can just keep your money for weeks any time they choose.

My customer bought a gift card and I have yet to receive my payment from glossgenius because they needed me to complete verification. I sent them what they asked for over a week and a half ago and still haven’t gotten my money from them. Called customer service got hung up on, second time the system hung up after awhile, third time a lady called me said she escalated it three days ago and today she said it’s still pending and she had gotten no response from them. Told me the department is backed up as if that’s my problem. This is unacceptable and I will be canceling my service with them and going back to square.

The way that GlossGenius goes above and beyond by listening to suggestions or anything for that matter, absolutely stuns me. I’m thankful to be a customer and look forward to growing my business with them. They were an easy choice when comparing similar companies. GlassG. has everything that a beauty/ skincare professional could need and they make sure you’re taken care of. I notice they also improve and frequently, by adding features and staying current with how they can help with SEO.
