Had outpatient surgery on my right knee this week... The care I received the kindness the professionalism can not be overstated. Very clean staff was top notch we are very pleased... Thank you so much

The only positive thing were the nurses. They were very nice and caring. The Doctor was rarely seen the RN or nurse practitioner were doing the doctor’s job. I never got a diagnostic by the doctor lack of information about my health lack of commitment to patient’s health and considered very unprofessional. I was there for three days without having a shower since I was not allowed to leave my bed which made me feel worse. By the way on the third day there was no water. The food was cold bad appearance and smell totally unappetizing awful which I couldn’t eat. If I had stayed longer I would have died of starvation. I will never come back to this hospital.

The service I had recovering after my surgery was the worse experience ever. These nurses need to remember what was taught in school about caring and listening to a patient. Not only that to be patient with them . The things I observed while my stay was horrible

If you want quality care and the greatest treatments this is the perfect place to go. Every single one of the employees are clean respectful joyful and kind. This is the place you want to be if you need to be taken care of or you’re not feeling good or need health care in general. Whatever the issue or situation this place and there people make it all better.

This is a good alternative to pricey urgent care centers. Especially if you are self pay. They were quick and effective and got me back up and moving after I hurt my back.

Had a great experience here after I had been at The Woman’s Hospital and was not cared for even after I told them that my left leg was pounding in pain and was short of breath. Dr told me it could be a blood cloth and to put on a compression sock. We’ll ended up going back to the hospital but this time at HCA SE. Was quickly seen and cared for. Building may be falling apart but have Excellent Staff ❤️

Not recommended gave me the wrong diagnose made me take a medication that is not for my diagnose when thru pain and went back cause I was getting worse cause I said its not normal am getting worse and not better and another Dr from here told me he dint knw what to do and still gave me more medication that had me sleeping couldnt wake up and was feeling the pain while sleeping til I decided to go to another hospital and gave me a different diagnose gave me medication and and found other stuff on my body now am feeling different when I only needed 1 antibiotic I dont recommend this hospital atall plus I witness nurses screaming to an old man on his 80 70s and handling him with anger and aggressive left him their hanging on a chair without treatment only because he could not get up I feel so bad and am angry that I went thru all this stressed because they dint help me the way they had to bcarefull going to this hospital am terrified to step again in it if I can give 0 stars il give it cause I went thru hell

We have been trying to contact a nurse for my dads status for almost 2 days been put on hold 45+ minutes and then disconnected. I’m sitting here worried for my dads life and I can’t one person to speak to me for 30 seconds Update waited 30 min this time and finally got through to speak with someone. I told a lady my dads name and right away she said he’s stable and waiting for a room. As if she just picking up the phone and telling everyone the same thing. I asked if he has Covid and she said she couldn’t tell me anything over the phone because she not a nurse. ???? So frustrating

This is hands down the worst place. Their staff walk around no communication. Patientsfamily should not have to sit on hard folding chairs and be waiting 12 hours with no response on what the hell is going on.

They have a very nice staff that facilitates u in and out
