Actually Insane how rude the nurses are . Went to ask for help at the nurse stand and as soon as he saw us said “ go sit back down in the room” rudely.. Immediately left after that .

Horrible. My grandson sone was having a severe and deadly side effect from the medi that HCA has prescribed to him on the 24th. The I formed us nothing was wrong and we should leave and go see a neurologist. He came to the ER by Ambulance because he could not move his right arm or his legs. He could not stand at all. He could have died and they blew it off like nothing was wrong with him. I informed them of the medication he was taking. I also informed them head never taken it before. Very Very unknowledable staff.

Dr. Suzuki was very nice and caring. Edna, my nurse was also. The young lady who checked me in was extremely nice and the check in forms are all electronic and easy. Fortunately my finger wasn't broken . Everyone involved with my care were very nice and professional.

I went in on a Saturday evening and was instantly checked in and taken to a room. All of the staff were pleasant and answered all of my questions. My visit was about 3hrs long, but only because I was getting discharged around shift change (which is expected anywhere when you come/go at shift change). If ever I have an urgent need, I'll go here first before anywhere else!
