Nothing compares to the professionalism, kindness and caring employees at my Low T center. Full of insight and helpful information. Always available to answer any of my questions or concerns and I’ll never go to anyone else. This service is by far the best I’ve ever had in any profession and I can’t thank you enough.

Staff is wonderful and so knowledgeable, I went in just to see what the big hype is and after they tested blood twice they found a huge problem, now with following through with there treatment I’m feeling better then I ever have, I’ve always had issues I didn’t know how to explain to a doctor there treatment has helped most of the issues, there’s nothing embarrassing about getting help , they also do way more than just testosterone replacement they do sleep apnea, self wellness vitamin b shots I even was able to get my flu vaccine, I look forward to every appointment(weekly) each injection is making me feel amazing and seeing the staff each week is also a plus!!! Thank you low t and staff y’all are great!!

ELYSSA AND VICTORIA ARE ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY WITHOUT A DOUBT 5 STARS ALWAYS VERY COURTEOUS AND POLITE....AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR CRAFT...IF I COULD GIVE THEM A RAISE IN PAY I WOULD....BUT I CAN'T SO I WILL GIVE THEM PRAISE...GOD BLESS YOU ALL...YOU GUYS ROCK...

Ordered sleep test online. took test and scheduled an appointment. was told a cpap machine was needed. Going on four weeks still no machine. I asked if I could have my prescription and go somewhere else to get machine. I was told they would talk to doctor and let me know its been a week since that conversation. Called 3 times today no answer. Nowhere does it it say i have to use low t center for treatment please give me my prescription so ii can go elswhere.

Overall experience ok,the head lady "Joy" absolute P.O.S.!!! COMPLETELY NEGLECTED MY PERSONAL NEEDS. LIED TO ME FOR AN ENTIRE MONTH ABOUT HANDELING A "PROBLEM " on there end. I do the self injection. I have not received them for an entire month but yet my bank account and insurance have been charged. Every time we discuss this issue she tells me call back next week shel have it handled. My health and well being has crashed by this woman flat out refusing to to her job!!! She should be FIRED!!!!
