Great Doctor

Wish I could give 0 stars, was overcharged at the office and the front lady was very rude and had an attitude with me when I questioned why she was charging me so much when my copay is the x amount. NP is decent but getting overcharged isn’t. I tried to cancel my next appointment because even my insurance said I was over charged at the office visit and the receptionist started yelling at me when I tried to cancel my appointment. Don’t recommend this office, they steal your money, doesn’t matter if they take your insurance or not, they will still over charge you.

Don’t even waste your time.

Was my GI doc until I developed a condition that required more expertise. He recommended a great Doc to me and now I see him. I think it's commendable for a Dr. to know his limitations and not be afraid of telling you that you'd get better treatment elsewhere. He could've just kept seeing me and I wouldn't have been none the wiser. Very compassionate doctor. Wish I could still see him.

I had a procedure done 6 months ago by Dr Haddad. I overpaid for the procedure based on my insurance EOB and conversations with The insurance company. I have talked to the "billing" department at Dr Haddads office 3 times, the last time was 2 months ago when she informed me the check had been printed and it was sitting on the Dr's desk to be signed and they would mail it out. That was 2 months ago. I've left messages on the voice-mail for her and she isn't returning any of my calls. It's just a single individual it's not a department. It appears based on other reviews this is typical of this office, they get you to pay in advance, we overpay, they don't refund. They avoid us at all costs to not have to refund our money. I wonder how much they have pocketed from overpayment over the years.

I was overcharged by Dr. Haddad‘s office. I have been trying for over five months to get my refund. I have submitted documentation in person. I have left numerous voice messages to the billing manager with no response. I finally asked my insurance provider to contact them and after several voice messages they got lucky and someone from billing answered. That was three weeks ago. I called and did not ask for the billing department talk to the person answer the phone now is not nice. They connected me to the billing manager and I was told that a check was typed out but the Dr. Haddad would not be in to sign it until next week. To top it off it’s not the correct amount! Before I went to the doctors office for this procedure I called my insurance to verify that the doctor and the facility where the procedure done was in my network. My insurance paid 100% for preventative or diagnostics colonoscopy. They gave me a reference number When I got to the doctors office none of that information mattered and I had to pay before the procedure but was assured if I was owed money I would be reimbursed with no problem. I could not get a phone call returned.This is a problem.

I have been a patient of Dr. Haddad for almost 15 years. Back in 2017 I went in for my follow up from my EGD. I had also had my annual physical the day before as well. During this visit, Dr. Haddad did a quick check & stopped on my neck. I mentioned that my GP did the same the day before but said it was nothing and sent me on my way. Dr. Haddad said it probably is but wanted to have it looked at anyway & put in orders for a biopsy. Long story short, it was an aggressive thyroid cancer that was spreading and within 3 months, I was having a total thyroidectomy. My oncologist/ surgeon stated that he has less than 1% of patients with this type of behaving cancer. Dr. Haddad looks and listens to the patient. He had also previously diagnosed a diseased gallbladder that my previous Gastro specialist kept telling me was "a gas pocket" for over 3 years. I was in so much pain I would literally faint & had stones blockage. He listened and saved me then. He is truly God's healer on earth.
