Just got turned away after sitting in the waiting room for an hour, only to be told I needed someone to watch my kid. You could have said that to begin with and not have me checked in by you, and waiting forever. These two spanish ladies one at the front and another coming from the back felt like they have arrived in life working at urgentv care in Pasadena.

I was having an impossible time just getting information and direction..we recently moved here from the Midwest and completely underestimated the difficulty in transferring Dr's and meds. What a breathe of fresh air...outstanding personable service

Have always received great care here and I have been coming here for the past 3 years but I am not happy as the last time I was here (July 2nd) not only did I pay my copay but they took an additional $122 as the doctor was not in Network. Was told that it is the patients responsibility to find out if the doctor that is on duty that day is in Network or out of Network. I feel that is not right so I will not be going here any more.

Just came in to get help with an eye problem. Was told to sit and wait, so I did as other people walked in right past me to get assistance. I got up and tried to talk to a guy with a lisp, and he told me to go sit down and they would be with me as soon as they could. I told him that I was sitting there and two patients walked right past me up to the window to get help. Lousy place, not good for a semi emergency, more less a real one.

Great visit. From the lobby to the nurse, to the physician. Very knowledgeable and very helpful and caring. Didn't feel like just another number. Gave me alot of useful information to use with my primary care provider. If I could, I would 💯% make Dr. Paula my primary care physician. Thank you guys.

I’ve been here twice now and have great experiences both times. The staff is friendly, the wait was minimum and both doctors I saw were great. So convenient to be able to walk in. Well worth the additional co-pay!
