Juan Garza is incompetent and possess egregious errors when it comes to patients. He's someone who will say he remembers everything regarding a patient but when asked a question about said patient, he "doesn't recall". He has a very aloof manner about him. It will behoove anyone who comes in contact with him to get away as soon as humanly possible. He is not present when a call is made to discuss matters for patients and fails to return calls. This definitely reflects poorly on any company he's associated with.
