The staff and care was exceptional I was very at ease once every step that was going to happen before and during my procedure. The Dr than came talked with my spouse explaining the procedure that was done and aftercare. Very professional and caring.

Came here for horrible abdominal pain. They did not let my husband in , I am assuming due to COVID. He had to wait outside in the car . The waiting room was messy, wrappers and cups all over the floor and table they use. The restroom was disgusting, Urine and toilet paper all over. It took them almost 4 hours to release me and stated that everything looked fine . Now after reading so many comments of individuals getting “everything looks ok” results makes me worried that I may have something worse . NEVER saw a doctor , just a nurse practitioner.The nurses and staff were nice , it’s just so unorganized and dirty . The person who takes your insurance does not explain anything . The only reason why I came here was because it is in network with my insurance , other than that I do not think I will return here again . Management needs to truly take a look at the hygiene of their facility .

Great medical staff from beginning to end. Facility was clean. I didn’t give 5 stars because they didn’t update my sister during my 7 hour surgery. She had to take the initiative to ask in order to get an update. They did have her name and number with my consent.

Went for a CT scan. Went very fast as most paperwork was completed online. One tech wasn’t ver polite but, other than that, it went smoothly.

The service I had recovering after my surgery was the worse experience ever. These nurses need to remember what was taught in school about caring and listening to a patient. Not only that to be patient with them . The things I observed while my stay was horrible

Had outpatient surgery on my right knee this week... The care I received, the kindness, the professionalism can not be overstated. Very clean, staff was top notch, we are very pleased... Thank you so much!!!
