This place is run like a new car dealership. Totally impersonal. Lots…and I mean lots….of staff members. Seen three different dr’s over my visits, the last one has sealed the deal on my not going back despite the practice being close to my home. If you like being treated like cattle, this is the place for you. Too bad as I’m sure most of the drs here are highly qualified despite coming across as not wanting to listen to listen to patient concerns
I can say I was very skeptical about the 3.5 star rating. But from the time I walked in till the time I met Dr. Mary Garman was amazing. My appt was at 10A.M and I was in and out by 1020a.m. she helped me today, and I'll be back soon to get my skin tags removed. Everything for me was a 5 star rating.
I've felt defrauded at this clinic. Initially, they diagnosed me with skin cancer and cured it. However, there were billing problems from the start; they always tried to overcharge me. During a recent visit, they cut parts of my skin for biopsies, which was unpleasant, and the healing process became complicated. In the end, the results were negative. Yet, they still charged me, and overcharged at that. Ultimately, I don't want to go there anymore because either they don't know what they're doing, or they know very well how to charge you and cause you discomfort unnecessarily.
Dr. Garman is the best! Short wait time. She took her time and explained the procedure. Definitely recommend!
Dr. Davila is amazing! He is so fantastic, light handed with the needle and achieves excellent results!! I highly recommend him for all your dermatology needs!!! Trust me… and I am kinda of a baby when it comes to needles but he puts me at ease and it hardly hurts… dysport, sculptra… all of it.. he is the Best in Houston!! 💗
I love working with Dr. Davila, but the supporting crew at his front desk leave a lot to be desired. I called to make an appointment. Because we rolled over to a new calendar year, they wanted my insurance info. It was the same, so I didn't bother having my card when I made the call. I told the woman that they already had it, and there was no change. She claimed they delete it all at the end of the year. I sat on hold for 10 minutes to speak to someone just to get an appointment, and the office policy to delete my insurance becomes my problem to go get my card in the parking lot at work. I call BS. If they had some sort of issue or follow up they needed to do with my insurance from my late December visit, I guarantee they could find my insurance information. Poor processes get in the way of good physicians.
Very unprofessional and reliable customer service is trash and not professional. Don’t recommend. Don’t even bother wasting your time to set up an appointment. Worst experience ever
I had a opportunity to meet with Dr Hunt, I live in NW Houston but heard great feedback about her, and set up a initial appointment to meet her and walk through a dermatology overview of my body. She was through in her assessment, explanation and answered any questions that I might have at the end of the consultation. I would recommend Dr Hunt to anyone that is need of a caring and thorough dermatologist.
Dr. Hunt is thorough and very quick. Her staff is easy to work with and very helpful.
Dr. Hunt has been treating my psoriasis for years. Staying on top of all the new treatments available. She has been wonderful in treating my condition with all of its variations .I consider her to be a valuable physician for my psoriasis.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
