Bittersweet experience. The ladies at the front desk at the major hospital very unprofessional. I had ask for assistance ,and instead of helping me they laughed. I left in pain barley able to walk. Came back to 24/7 emergency and doctor Herrera has the worst beside manner. Thinks everyone is a druggie and yell at you like he knows your on drugs. Came in for heat complications and dehydration and he kept saying it's not that hot so it can't be that, until test were done and I was damn near kidney failure. Attitude changed. Pleasant after that. Get transferred to major hospital everything's great until night nurse Jeanie comes in while doctor is in the room. Loud "Omg have you been smoking in this room, it smell like smoke blah blah." I'm in the hospital, why would I smoke? My husband brought me clothes to change they might smell like smoke bc he smoke . She wasn't allowed back in my room . Doctor was so embarrassed he held my hand and apologized. After that I had the best care with Le Le, Brandie, Sonona, Dawn and doctor Killam. There was another nurse but can't remember her name. Thank you ladies for everything. It started of bad, but you ladies saved me and this review
Excellent Healthcare
always prompt and professional.
Amazing staff made my trip very fast and the friendly services added a level of comfort I’ve never experienced at an ER before.
They were very nice to my 91 year old mother & through to find out what was causing her symptoms.
I went to ED with pain in my side and back when I coughed. Sharp stabbing pain. They did ct scan and an xray. Dr Sweet comes in leans against the wall and tells me he sees no reason for me to be in pain. He then says, "what, did you want there to be something wrong?" Later I read ct results and it says bilateral renal calculi. I'm not a dr but that means kidney stones. He basically dismissed me. Recommended gastrointestinal dr. What a quack!!! I'd personally like to have a conversation with him. I'd recommend an urgent care before going to that joke of an ED.
I didn't even make affort to go there, Called for general info, and lady who ans the phone was very rude.
From the moment I walked in nothing but pleasant experience. The receptionist and nurse were first rate. Dr.Smith was efficient and kind. This was my first visit and I would recommend St.Lukes ER in Pasadena to everyone. Thank you for a great ER experience.
Dr Luu at St Luke's Health....I got very good service over all, very patient listen to my problems and gave me advice and treated me with respect

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
