Steven ALAN Fein's Online Review Report Card

I had to wait 19 days to schedule an EGD. Two days before the procedure was scheduled I was called and told due to a scheduling conflict we have to reschedule for Friday. I had to request a PTO and arrange to have someone drive me home for this procedure. It was extremely unprofessional to think I could just take another day off the same week with such a short notice. I wouldn’t recommend this Dr. to anyone. I hope he enjoys his t time or whatever personal reason he decided he wasn’t going to honor a procedure scheduled 19 days in advance. I don’t have time for any Dr who doesn’t value my time.

I just called to find out when my last colonoscopy was. I was told that they had computer problems and lost records and they have no record of me. Who doesn't back up computer files?

Dr. Fein and his office staff as well as his staff at Doctor's United Surgery Center are very professional and truly caring. My family and I have been patients of Dr. Fein's for almost 20 years. He takes his time and is super thorough and quite personable.

Made an appointment for a B12 shot, waited almost an hour. No one was able to tell me how much longer so I left. Waste of time.

I have been going to Dr. Fein for many years. Julie is very professional and does a very thorough exam prior to all my colonoscopies. She will answer all your questions to prepare you for the procedure. I have had 4 plus colonoscopies preformed by Dr. Fein. He is very professional and well respected in his field. I have never had any complications and he always calls me personally later in the evening after the procedure to ensure I am doing ok and to answer any additional questions. Very caring doctor!!!

I’ve had the best experience here with this office and staff! Front desk was nice and efficient, the nurse that called me back(Dori) was very nice and worked me up fast! Then I saw Julie and she took her time and listened to me! I was treated like a person not just a number like an experience I’ve had at a different Gastro office. I highly recommend them!

If you want to sit for hours waiting this is the office for you. He over books. We were walking out because we had waited over an hour and a half when they said this was an off day and assured us this was not the normal. They are liars. We never even met the doctor. One would think if a doctor were going to accept a new patient he would at least come in and introduce himself. The P.A. is the only one we saw. Now time for endoscopy day again over booked. We arrived on time and waited 4 hours for the 30 minute procedure. If we would have not paid already we would have walked out. Wasted an entire day.

The best office for gastroenterology. Everyone is very kind, compassionate, and really takes their time with patients. They really care! Julie and Dr. Fein are such excellent care providers. They’re the kind of people modern healthcare needs.

Dr Fein and the office staff are great, but it took an hour and a half just to be seen. Too slow.

My husband had to see the Dr he was really scared but from the office ladies made him feel relax he saw the pc she made him laugh comfortable & by the time it was all done he wasn't ready to go. The staff is great !!!!!!
