ALWAYS A GREAT EXPERIENCE! (FYI Pasadena has 2 locations and sometimes this one gets the bad reviews from the other one). I've been coming to the Pasadena Blvd. store for years! Dr. Mostello and staff are superb! Great customer service and they know what they are doing. I do not trust anyone else when it comes to my vision or my families.

Have been coming here for 6 years and Dr. Mostello and her staff are the best hands down. The staff gladly showed me what my insurance pays and helped me pick what was right for me. I really don't understand how this place got a couple bad reviews. Give Dr Mostello a try, you won't regret it.

Have been a satisfied patient for 3 years, but this year the staff was very disappointing. Placed an order for my husband's glasses and 30 days later they have not arrived. Needless to say, I had to follow up on the status instead of them giving me a courtesy call. Shame on them..
