I only came here because they had good reviews and it seemed like they provided good care. Unfortunately that was not my experience. I am honestly not a picky person especially when it comes to doctors because i know it can be a stressful job but i am genuinely upset about the care i received. I went in for a painful flare up i had on my face. I've reached out to their office 4 times and have not been able to speak with anyone. The pharmacy even reached out to them to ask them if they can switch the medication they prescribed because my insurance was unable to cover a $2,400 topical ointment.... I was in so much pain I had to go to another doctor because their office never called me back or got back to the pharmacy and thankfully they prescribed me something the same day. The lack of communication was frustrating and unprofessional especially when you're a patient in pain. I hope no one else has this experience.

Josceline and Dr Chen and Dr Bowden was excellent and very kind and gentle... But my chest hurts like you know what and they wouldn't even give me no pain meds .. That's the only complaint I have

Dr. Bowden is amazing. I love how she understands and is there for the patient. Honestly, I want to keep her as my doctor for my psoriasis. Never have I had a doctor that is willing to help me.
