The Home Health team at Casa Home Health was a pleasure to work with during my initial interactions. They provide home health nursing wound care , home IV infusion therapy, home physical therapy, home occupational therapy and more.

There are no words to express the professionalism and sincerity of Casa Healthcare's staff. When loved ones are struggling and need outside help that you can depend/rely on, they are the best! They took care of my mom, and I could not have asked for more loving and caring providers. They were more like family than caregivers to my family, and that, in itself, is the greatest testimony one can ask for. I can’t give them enough credit for taking such wonderful and heartfelt care of my mom. I am still in contact with Rachelle and am very proud to call her “friend.” Sincerely, Diane Lister

Rachelle, my Physical Therapist, has shown a good understanding of my particular problems. She has shown me exercises that have allowed me to move, slowly, towards my goal of a stronger body. She is most knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I am a 93 year woman trying to live life as well as I can.

2023 UPDATE: When I used this company a year or so ago, the review below was accurate. However, not now. I had to have emergency colon surgery with multiple complications and selected Casa based only on my previous experience, only with physical therapy. I will say contracted professionals who work for multiple agencies (physical therapist and wound care nurse were very good, professional, and helped me within their specialized areas). Problems I had are with owner and direct Casa employees. My surgeon ordered daily wound care, and this company is not equipped to take care of this weekend requirement. I constantly had to ask multiple times every single weekend who was coming and about what time. The owner, I guess, is spread very thin. She routinely does not respond to texts or phone calls. Additionally, I required supplies to be ordered, and the follow-up for backorders, communication regarding delivery, wrong things ordered multiple times, were lacking and created unnecessary stress for me. When the owner covered the ordered weekend care, she never brought equipment to take my vitals even though I was under a cardiologists care and wearing a heart monitor to detect possible afib. I suggest that if you are considering this company , you ask a lot of very specific questions, particularly regarding staffing and supplies. If you require any special services, you would be better off selecting a larger, more appropriately staffed home health company. 2021 review Excellent professional, caring physical therapy in the comfort of my home! I could have gone any place for physical therapy, but because I am very immune compromised wanted to do it at home and I'm so glad I did!! Everyone I had contact with at CASA were helpful and professional.

I have work with me therapist these guys are absolutely the best! They have done what other hospitals and clinics can do I am walking on a new a walker and have progressed a lot! I would recommend them to anyone who is struggling like I am after a stroke!

If you like NO SHOWS, TARDINESS, INCOMPETENT OFFICE STAFF then CASA Healthcare is the place you're looking for. My mom is 79 yrs old and needs help dressing & bathing for doctor appts. Because of this place she missed a min. several appts. After a year of dealing with this company I finally gave up and found another agency. RUN, don't walk away from this place! 👎👎👎👎
