I love going to Mrs. Tamika because she’s so kind, and not to mention great at what she does! She loves her profession, and she is really a gem. I wish I had found her sooner. She’s helped me get rid of stubborn PIH I’ve had for yearsssss that no one else could seem to correct. I’m locked in for life. 😂😍
Tamika is amazing. She feeds my soul when I come in to see her. Tonya is an amazing manager. I am so appreciative of trusting their team with my skincare needs. I fly across states to come see Tamika. I highly recommend.
Always the best! Tamika is so professional and kind.
I had two treatments for acne scarring. The first was RF microneedling and was great. I was happy to continue with that. Tamika suggested we try Halo laser the next time and that’s when things went downhill. My skin did not tolerate it well at all. It’s been two months and I am left with inflamed, cystic acne and hyperpigmentation that I did not have before. Attempting to get advice or support from Tamika has been unsuccessful. My primary care doctor has treated it with oral antibiotics (because I could not tolerate any topicals for many weeks) and my dermatologist has been back on my tretinoin and now some hydroquinone for the pigmentation. Hopefully my skin will fully heal soon, but the problem I went in to address was only partially improved and I walked away with problems I didn’t even have.
I wanted to wait a while before leaving a review. I first visited this medspa in January 2025 to get treatments for mild acne scarring. Two years of consistent tretinoin and spironolactone use had finally cleared my adult hormonal acne. I only had some pinhole or ice pick scars that I wanted to improve. My first visit was pretty good. The receptionist ignored me upon arrival. It took the owner to come out and greet me and let me know to sign in on the small tablet for my appointment. We then went back and discussed my issues and took images. She noted that I don't have problem skin, just some mild dryness from daily tretinoin and that I should decrease to maybe every other night and she felt my scars could be improved. I'd booked for a package of 3 microneedling sessions, but she proposed RF microneedling OR Halo laser treatment to get me better results. After I struggled to decide, she advised we start with RF and maybe do Halo at a later time. That session was great. I had hardly any discomfort and I really liked how my skin looked when it healed. I could see some improvement. For my next visit a month later, I arrived and the spa was closed. They'd accidentally booked me for a Saturday that they were not open. I got rescheduled and for that visit I was fine to continue with RF microneedling. A few more sessions would probably give me the result I wanted. We started to set up and then Tamika suggested we try Halo this time. That's where things took a turn for the worse, unfortunately. We switched rooms and got started and that laser HURT. I immediately asked if we could switch back to RF but she encouraged me to continue and told me this is what I needed. She was super sweet during the process and even held my hands when she got to the cheek where my scars are deeper. Afterwards, she provided some aftercare products to use for the first week, including some thermal spray that as a god send those first few hours. I have to add that she comped that visit to make up for the mix up the previous weekend, which I really appreciate. During the heeling process, I noticed as my MENDS (the tiny dark scabs that look like coffee grinds) were falling away that I had some pimples underneath. I texted photos and asked if everything was ok and was assured it was normal. Over the next several weeks, the MENDS came off completely, but the acne only worsened. It was deep, inflamed cystic acne. I researched on my own and learned that acne can happen because your skin swells in response to the laser, blocking your pores, but that it should subside as your swelling goes down. On day 10, I used a q-tip to dab some salicylic acid gel (Paula's Choice) on the pimples and it stung. So I rinsed it off. Clearly my skin wasn't ready for any topicals. I reached out again for advice. This time I was out of town because my mom was sick. We agreed for me to come in when I got back so she could take a look. When I got back, I reached out and didn't hear back for a few days. My messages since have gone unanswered. Fast forward and I'm about 2 months out from Halo. My doctor prescribed a round of antibiotics to help with the acne since I couldn't use topicals for a while. That helped a bit, but never totally cleared the breakout. It was at least calm enough for me to resume wearing makeup. My skin can now tolerate topicals, so I've resumed tretinoin. I have a face full of cystic acne again. I hope this is just the retinol purge that happens when your skin is getting used to the rapid turn over again. So I went for acne scar treatment and am left with slightly reduced scars but a whole new crop of the deepest cystic acne I've had since college. I'm trying to heal it gently without causing any new scarring which would literally be the opposite of what I wanted. I will never undergo another laser treatment. If I try anything else it will be microneedling or maybe a chemical peel, but I need to research that further. My score reflects that Tamika is kind and I really enjoyed my first treatment. However, ghosting me when the laser treatment didn't go as planned is really not good business practice. I can't say she is at fault or misused the device. Maybe my skin just really didn't like the laser, but it would have been nice to get some sort of support or help. I had to go to my gp for the antibiotics and the dermatologist who writes my tretinoin script ordered me some hydroquinone to help with a bit of hyperpigmentation that I didn't have before. I think it will ultimately be ok and my skin will return to baseline but it has been a LONG and somewhat unsightly process.
Best service I’ve ever received hands down. Tamika was simply amazing. She explained everything so thoroughly before we started which eased my nerves as a newbie. Every time I have received any type of service I have left happy and feeling more confident than when I walked it. I would highly recommend Tamika and plan to be a client for years to come.
5 Stars – Tamika is the Best! I was definitely late to the Botox party—but better late than never! I started seeing Tamika at Exclusively Radiant Med Spa in Pearland right after COVID, when I was 46 and looking for a refresh and a self-esteem boost. From day one, Tamika made me feel comfortable, heard, and taken care of. She answered all my questions and addressed every concern with patience and professionalism. One of the things I love most about Tamika is her eye for keeping you looking as natural as possible—never overdone, just refreshed and radiant. She truly enhances your features while maintaining your natural beauty, and I love that! Not only is she incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, but I’ve referred several friends and clients to her who are all just as impressed. Even though I no longer live in Houston, I still fly back every couple of months just to be serviced by Tamika. That’s how much I trust her—because when it comes to your face, you don’t play! If you’re considering Botox or any injectable treatments, look no further. Tamika is professional, precise, and passionate about her work. She’ll help you look and feel your absolute best!
Tamika provides the BEST service. Answers all of my questions and made me feel comfortable about my services because I was scared to move forward even after I made the appointment. I am DEFINITELY grateful and will be going back.
The worst provider ever! She did not do a full consultation or explain the process in a professional manner. She was very abrasive and matter of fact and talked about her personal business in the lobby. I started my first dose, when it was time to follow up, she cancelled and took forever to call me back. I called her three times to follow up and she never returned my calls. As a result of her poor Standards of Care, all of my symptoms of came back. I've had to since find a new provider and start the process all over. Now patient should ever have to experience neglect from a medical "professional" provider. NEVER again will I ever recommend Tamika Lindsey at Exclusively Radiant Med Spa.
The entire visit was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff is friendly & the processes are smooth. Tamika is the best with so much professionalism, honesty, & a great sense of humor. I will be back I'm the future!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
