List of Felicia Workeneh's Reviews
She’s a wonderful doctor. Very attentive, compassionate and considerate. Gives great advice and as a first time mom, all of these attributes are priceless. Don’t pay attention to the bad reviews.
She's always amazing and very knowledgeable.
This was the worst service I have ever received from Kelsey Seybold. I had a 3:25 and 3:45 appointment for my sons and we checked in between 2:45 and 2:55 and still had not been seen by the doctor at 3:45. I was so aggravated and frustrated so we just left. I had to take off for an appointment that never happened. I will never bring my boys to visit this pediatrician office again.
Rude. Cut me off while I was speaking. Her nurse can’t take proper vitals and was rude. As a fellow physician, I rarely do public negative reviews, but I’ll always make an exception when it comes to my child. Refused to even listen. Already made up her mind that she can’t manage to up the dose of my sons medication to the appropriate weight based dosing while we await child psych for his ADHD.
I love her so much in our first visit she was kind and understanding and very detailed and she genuinely cares about her patients
Attempted to establish new pediatrician for my son with this “doctor.” I wanted to switch his doctors because his other one would not actually listen to our concerns. Before we even got there she decided that she “couldn’t” help us because she can’t manage ADHD. She hands me a piece of paper with psych referrals (we are on a waiting list for 2 on that very list) and sits there and starts to type up her note while we are still sitting in the room. So I asked if she wasn’t going to help us and she said “like my nurse told you on the phone, I can’t manage that.” I never spoke to her nurse (except when I watched her fake take my sons BP.) To be fair her nurse did speak to my mom (poor historian/message taker) and may very well have said that. The problem is the fact that she can’t manage to appropriately weight base dose my child on a medication that he is already on while he awaits a psych visit. She also cut me off while I was speaking. Very rude. Waste of time. 100% would not recommend
Her and her entire office staff are rude. She already made up her mind that she wouldn’t help my son before seeing him. As a fellow black female physician I expected more. I at least expected her to listen before cutting me off. I watched her nurse pretend to take a blood pressure on my child. Did not take a temp or count respirations. I sat there in silence for a few moments after she shut me down ...
Dr workeneh was very unpersonable. I was a brand new mother with my one week old child. She never introduced herself to me, she was straight to the point during the physical examination, she never reassured me as a new patient/ new mother, she said “yuck” when she saw my child’s diaper rash, and she never allowed room for questions at the end of the visits. She would just start walking out the room. I had to ask “are we done with the visit?” She never informed me when the next visit would be for my child. Completely unprofessional. I was told to not go to this particular pediatrician but I wanted to see for myself and I will never go back. I will tell my friends to beware and I already transferred my care to Texas Children’s Pediatrics and I am much happy with my childs care.
I have a 5 years old and 2 years old twins. Dr. Workeneh and her nurse are very attentive and caring. Dr. Workeneh took time to work with my children as long as needed and never rushing. She is very gentle and details on examining my children. She spent time explaining to me how to do some at-home care for the sick children. She and her nurse provide the best care they possibly could around their busy schedule.
Had an office appointment with Dr.Workenah for my sons vaccine. I had had previous video visits with her that her very helpful and this was to be my sons first physical visit with her. The issue was that her team cancelled my appointment 20 mins prior due to a scheduling error on their part, then tried to convince me that it was my fault because I didn’t schedule the correct kind of appointment, even though it was confirmed in their system by one of the staff. There was no solution offered per that cancellation phone call, which forced me to call another Kelsey clinic, whom scheduled me the same day for the vaccine my son needed. Then, after messaging Dr.Workenah, she continued to justify the errors and that led to my formal complaint and willingness to write this honest review on every platform I find her on.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
