I brought my sister here with a very bad wound and the Dr and nurse were amazing the whole time and they even detected something serious in her blood work. I’m very pleased by the service and attention she received.

I was disappointed with my experience here. For an emergency room, the response time was much slower than expected. When you go to an ER, you assume you’ll be attended to quickly, especially when dealing with urgent health concerns. Unfortunately, that was not the case during my visit. The wait time was long, and it didn’t feel like patients were being seen in a timely manner. In situations where time and reassurance matter, efficiency is very important. Based on my experience, if you’re dealing with something urgent, you may be better off going directly to a hospital where they are more equipped and prepared to handle emergencies promptly.

I have been coming here the last 5 or 6 years. This emergency center has progressed over the years. They started out extremely slow but, I can say I am extremely satisfied with the care and how they listen to your concerns. They are always attentive to my children’s needs as well and have some of the best snacks! My daughter loves coming here. Dr. McMorris and Nurse Wonja were an absolute delight. Very attentive and compassionate.

Very dirty, door was not closed properly, restroom not working no one at the front desk. Receptionist was yelling from back. Had to walk out.

I had a severe eye injury and was bleeding from my eye and they turned me away because they didn't take my insurance, didn't even give me a tissue to wipe my eye

Grace ER did a fantastic job taking care of a really bad 2nd degree sunburn that I had . I was in immense pain and grace ER took care of me really fast !!!!! The customer service from everyone was fantastic . They called back to make sure I was ok. I highly recommend coming here for any emergencies.
