Well taken care of. No wait time.

My dad is currently at this hospital. He usually goes to the V.A. and although I am not too fond of his past treatment with the V.A and the Doctors there our family is not getting much communication from HCA Pearland Staff and Doctors so far. On his condition if he is getting better if he has eaten andor had water when he may be moved to a more comfortable space other than the ER because he has serious health breathing and body pain history. I do not want to inundate either my dad or the HCA Staff with phone calls I want my dad to rest and receive genuine quality care and for The Staff to be able to be the Superhero Essential Workers they vow and work so diligently to be. So I am left praying that all is well and that my dad is in the best care possible and that we will finally receive accurate answers that guide us closer to clarity on my dad’s health that we have not been able to receive thus far.

Good care during my Outpatient imaging visit.

I had a ultrasound. I had no problem whatsoever with the procedure and staff was friendly. My problem was however that there was no one at desk in the waiting room and the other person in the waiting room was sneezing coughing and snuffling with no mask on and half the time she was coughing without putting her hand over her mouth. Just openly coughing.. There was no one to tell her to mask up or at the very least cover her mouth when she coughed. So I told her myself. She stayed in the room for a short while then moved to the hall to talk on her phone . So she is now contaminating the hallway. Im not overly concerned with Covid but I dont want to catch a cold flu or whatever she was Ill with.

As a resident of Pearland I am pleased to know we have such a nice facility in town. My procedure was handled exactly as they said it would be. The nurses and physicians were great. My Cathlab Nurse took the time to explain what was about to happen to me. And man i sure was glad he did. Because it would have been terrifying had he not took the time to talk to me ahead of time. Thank you Myron.

I was impressed at the friendliness of the staff and the efforts taken to ensure cleanliness and a sanitary environment. I arrived on time and was seen immediately after checking in. Planning to return for my mammogram.

I went in not being able to breath and they gave me nothing not even hydration which my blood showed. The dr reported I said no medication but I never said that and why would I bother going to er if I didn’t want treatment He said my blood was good and when I looked it was not even close to being normal on anything Unnecessary and now I’m still sick and waste hours going to a diff er

I was waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes after my ID band was on my hand to have my blood work done. The experience with the lab technician was great very professional and very thorough. Now almost a week later I still dont have the lab results so ...I am not sure how to explain my experience.

Emergency room visit and Hospital admittance. Hospital was at capacity and short staffed. Most of the staff was very kind. .It truly appeared they were doing the best they could with what they had.Housekeeping is very poor. Sanitation is importantI hope to never go there again

Great ER staff everyone was professional EKG lady was amazing she walked me thur the process so friendly and helpful.
