Came in for a toothache and was seen immediately. I was in such pain but the doctor was able to treat me and made me feel waaay better. All the staff was amazing.

I went because I have a massive infection there was no blood work done not ct scan but I was charged the copayment! In addition as of right now no results from the urine smh

I called because my mother in law was trying to get to the location.. she is in a lot of pain and is 74 years old. I don't stay on that side so I was trying to o get some help. Some rude man jerk answered the phone and told me they don't have time to give directions and hung up... I WOULDN'T GO HERE IF MY LIFE DEPENDS ON IT JUST BECAUSE HE WAS SO RUDE NUTCASE!

A OUTSTANDING doctor and the entire medical staff. from the time of my being admitted thru being discharged. I rate this care as the best I've ever experienced.

I don't believe it's standard practice for an ER a place meant to triage and stabilize before sending elsewhere to turn patients away at the desk to tell them to go to HCA clear lake as the closest option. There's no reason a functioning 24/7 ER could not triage a 60 yr old man who had tightness in chest and hot flashes along with headache and complaints of being light headed. We don't even treat animals like that, we make sure they are stable enough to transport elsewhere. It is what it is, but I wouldn't tell anyone to ever go here if there's an actual emergency and need somewhere quick, just take the extra 8 minutes to Memorial Hermann
