Everyone was kind, professional and friendly. All my questions were answered and my procedure went well. My only problem was navigating the admission process from home and getting answers to my questions. It seemed a bit difficult to navigate all the texts and online emails I kept receiving. That can be somewhat overwhelming to "older" people.

I'M GOING TO BE VERY BRIEF ABOUT THIS PLACE BECAUSE I WAS REALLY KEEPING MY MOUTH SHUT DUE TO THE FACT THAT IM A NURSE MYSELF AND I AM PROFESSIONAL, BUT I DO NOT APPRECIATE THE NIGHT STAFF AT THIS PLACE, BIANCA THE RN IS THE SWEETEST SHE ATTENDED TO MY FIANCE ATTENTIVLY AND DIDN'T TREAT HIM ANY DIFFERENT FROM ANYONE ELSE I APPREICATE HER, AND I APPRECIATE THE STAND IN NURSE THAT SAT BY MY FIANCE UNTIL HE LEFT, AND I ALSO WANT TO THANK THE SECURITY THERE FOR BEING SO NICE THE ONLY PPL I DIDN'T APPREICATE IS A NIGHT SHIFT NURSE WITH CURLY HAIR SHE IS VERY RUDE AND ACTS LIKE SHE IS BETTER THAN ALOT OF PEOPLE AGAIN I AM NOT GOING TO BE UGLY BECAUSE THATS NOT IN MY CHARACTER BUT I WOULDN'T TRUST HER WITH MY DOG TO BE COMPLETELY HONEST AND THE OTHER LITTLE NURSE THERE WERE LAUGHING AND GOING ON AT OTHER PATIENT'S SITUATIONS EACH PATIENT COMES IN WITH SOMETHING GOING ON THE LAUGHING IS RUDE AND INAPROPRIATE FOR THE WORK PLACE I WOKR FOR A GOVERNMENT HOPSITAL AND I DON'T TAKE TOO KINDLY TO THAT, AND THE OPERATOR I CALLED YESTERDAY AND SHE WAS VERY RUDE TO DID NOT LIKE HER ATTITUDE SHE ACTED AS IF I WAS DUMB AND DIDN'T HEAR HER, YALL NEED TO START TEACHING WORKERS COMPASSION LIKE THE OTHER WORKERS THERE ITS BAD BUSINESS TO BE UGLY AND RUDE TO PEOPLE IN A WORK PLACE GET BETTER WORK ETHIC OR DMV WILL BE KNOCKING ON THE DOORS OF THAT HOSPITAL AND EMERGENCY ROOM, AND BIG UPS TO MATTHEW IN EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT HE IS SO AWESOME, WE NEED MORE WORKERS LIKE THE ONES I MENTIONED IN A POSITIVE SENCE THANK YALL FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO.

This place is about money not health. My mother was deteriorating but I was told hca would only focus on padding her bill. So I got a do not ventilate order. They were upset. They gave her a bpap and refused to put her in a room for 2 days. I had to threaten to leave and inform medicare and united healthcare what happened suddenly she had a room. I should have left then. It got worse so I got help from medicare and hospice to get her out. They lost her blood work and it spiraled from there. Because she had 3 insurance policies they wouldn't let her leave. They sped up her death and didn't nothing to help her.

Service was very professional. I was disappointed to hear 3 sitters outside the room discussing issues about another employee personal affairs. The employee politely asked them to cease talking about her& one states she don't give a ....& laughed. The conversation still didn't cease My husband was a patient here& they were right outside the room. I would like to THANK Willemia for the excellent service& commitment. What an ANGEL!!!!
