Everyone was very nice
I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews. I had a sleep study here, and the experience was wonderful. The people who work here are so kind and have such a nurturing vibe. They were very accommodating and I could tell they wanted me to have as good of an experience as possible. The woman who set up my study and watched me overnight was amazing. (I can’t remember her name! She had dark hair and an accent). She explained everything that she was doing when she set me up and made me feel at ease. The room was kept cool and the bed was so comfortable. They ordered me fast food for breakfast and lunch (whatever I wanted). If you’re cold, they’ll get you extra blankets. If you’re hot, there’s a floor fan in the room. I spilled my drink and asked for a towel, and Angela brought a towel and didn’t just hand it to me. She cleaned it up for me herself and made sure I didn’t feel bad about it. They truly care here, and I’m glad I chose this place for my sleep study.
I tried to schedule an appointment here in early January for a Friday. They told me their next available Friday would be in two weeks. Between when I called and the date of my appointment, I called several times to ask various questions, and each time I mentioned my appointment. Finally, the day comes for my appointment, so I call earlier to confirm the time of my appointment because I hadn't received a confirmation email or text. They inform me that I do not have a scheduled appointment for that day, and that the doctors are leaving the office around the time that I was supposed to be coming in. She tells me that she has an opening on a Friday in two more weeks. So I schedule it, and call several times again and make sure I have an appointment, as well as asking questions. Finally two weeks go by, and early the morning, I get a call telling me that my doctor "has called in sick", and "would you like to reschedule your appointment?" Their next available Friday was in another two weeks. I would not be in this situation if someone did their job correctly and input me into their system a month ago.
This office is absolutely the weakest link in the whole Memorial Hermann medical system. The staff do NOT give a care one about their patients. Their communication system is so subpar that I’d give it a 0 if I could. I love every other doctor and hospital in the Memorial Hermann system except this one. If Memorial Hermann would audit this office, I’m confident they would remove them from their system. Absolutely the WORST!
I always had to wait forever. Dr. Fayle seemed to think I was LYING when drug #1 caused suicidal ideation. His solution to sleep problems (melatonin and sleep hygiene did not work) was “you’ll sleep eventually”.Worst of all, when I asked for copies of medical records he seemed to hold up my appointment even longer and the written materials looked to have been dictated by him but never read (lots of typos). Additionally, he threw in “alcoholic” and “diabetic”. Believe me, nobody in my family has ever had those disorders! In summary: incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful!
Great doctors, willing to get to the root of your problem. I’m very appreciative.
Do not use "HealthPost" to make an appointment online. It indicates you have an appointment, will even "confirm" it, but it won't exist. Good luck calling to get an appointment too. I had to physically go into the office to get an appointment...weeks in advance.
Saw Dr. Priti Palvadi at the Pearland location. Staff was nice. Nurse was incredibly sweet. Didn't wait more than a few minutes, and the Dr was so wonderful, we never felt rushed. She spent a huge amount of time with us answering my daughters questions and being patient with her. She genuinely wanted to help her. We originally had an appointment with another Dr in the office but I'm actually glad our appointment was switched to Dr. Palvadi. My only disappointment is that we didn't find her sooner. We also walked over to the hospital to have bloodwork done and the ladies at the lab were awesome too! Overall a great experience.
My special needs son has been seeing Dr. Fayle after having a couple of seizures. Dr. Fayle is always kind and attentive. Yes, the wait can be a little late past your scheduled appt time. But we wait at the orthodontist, dentist, doctor or just about anywhere we go now. What matters is the quality of service that is being given. And when you find a doctor who actually takes time to listen it's worth the wait.
Verytime I bring my mom to see this office we have to wait over 45 minutes of the schedule time even when we show up 30-15 earlierAlso they allow “new” patients firts it appears to have a volume over quality....Which I could change it ......

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
