Ingrid A Hilliard's Online Review Report Card

Good help is hard to find, I hate to give such a low score because Dr Hillard is one if the best doctors, but her staff(one female in particular is just soo unprofessional, and spiteful) why lash out at people you don't even know. Truly I hate to deal with her cause I know nothing is going to get done and my prescription got altered the last time I went for a prescription there. I just called up there during my lunch hour and who answered yeah that trifling employee I asked to speak with the doctor she said she was with a patient but I could leave a message on her answering machine I told her let me do that then. I don't know what extention she put me thru but no answering machine picked up I'm gonna wait to the other staff members get back from lunch and try again. Dr. Ingrid Hillard if you should see this post I just want you to know that getting rid of a one bad apple can save the rest of your fruit.

I have missed seeing my therapeutic optometrist, Dr. Hilliard, due to awful COVID. I can't wait to get my annual exam this year! I just love the way Dr. Hilliard seems to get hyped, the more complex the eye situation is. She has taken my complex vision needs and aligned them perfectly to my job which requires 8-14 hours of computer work, per day. I can see better than co-workers and family members who are at least 20-30 years younger than me! I have referred friends who also love the care she gives. Great doctor!!

Dr. Hilliard and her staff are amazing at what they do. I'm a first time contact lens user and she and her staff helped me learn how to put them in, take them out, make sure they were the perfect power for my eyes. I felt like she wasn't satisfied until I had perfect vision! Thank you so much! I'd definitely recommend their office. And their prices are very affordable.

My daughter, my son and myself have gone to Dr. Hilliard for a few years and now my husband just had his first appt. with her. We absolutely love her and trust her ability. I have nothing but good words to say about her office staff as well. Thank you Dr. Hilliard and Pearland TSO for caring for our vision!

My family I have been going here for about 15 years, and I have yet to encounter another practitioner in any medical field that is as attentive and who undeniably knows what they are doing. Her staff is always friendly and professional and I have never had a negative experience with any of them at all. I do and will continue to recommend to any and all who ask.

I called this office today to schedule an appointment as a new patient and encountered the rudest most unprofessional person ever. I was connected with Dawn who after giving her my insurance wanted to debate my benefits and after informing her that I'm quite familiar with my benefits proceeds to tell me "look I'm not going to argue with you" First off, regardless of what one may think not everyone is unaware of how their benefits work. When I didn't accept what she wanted to advise me about "my benefits, I asked to a manager and was told there are non managers here. I then asked for someone over her and was told "oh whatever". Floored could not even explain my disbelief at such unprofessional behavior. If this is the customer service that thislovation provides, then wow is all I can say. I requested to have the doctor to contact me back since this seems to be privately owed but sis not receive a return call. I will however be forwarding my concerns to TSO as this location is a representation of their brand. I have been a patient for years and never have I encountered such unprofessional behavior and disrespect. Dawn is going to cost your location tons of money if this is how you allow your staff to treat customers.
