She doesn't listen. Bedside manner is atrocious. Impossible to get into see her. Staff is rude. She can be rude to at times

You would be better off going to a voo-doo doctor than this woman.

I was referred to Dr Eberle by my primary physician whom I've gone to and trusted for years. After my first visit with Dr Eberle I had to initiate contact regarding the results of my blood work. When I called I was immediately referred to their 'Patient Portal' for my results. The ONLY way for anyone in the office to give me any information was to send a request through that same portal and then wait for her nurse to call me the next day (I never heard from Dr Eberle herself). I was given the results and told what the abnormalities were but again I had to as what the next step was going to be. There was nothing offered to me regarding a treatment plan before me asking. My medication was changed and I was told to come back in 2 weeks for follow up blood work. When I returned for the follow up testing the site told me that no orders were ever sent to them; the phlebotomist at the site contacted the office and orders were eventually faxed over. Once again, I had to contact to the office for my test results. At that time I was told that there was a mistake in the testing done and that I'd have to go back to have my blood drawn again. When I arrived at the site for more testing I was told, once again, that no orders were ever sent. I'd had enough. I retrieved my medical records and went another physician. If there's anything I'd like for Dr Eberle and her staff to know is that even if they don't care as much about care of their patients as the patients themselves, they could at least 'pretend' to. Their patients should not be directed to an internet portal for their care. Whoever convinced them that medicine can be practiced in 140 characters or less should be sanctioned by any governing body that ever existed along with Dr Eberle and her staff. More importantly, patients should not have to contact their office for test results. That truly shows a lack of compassion for those who are already facing 'the unknown' with a diagnosis that they had not expected. Signed, with no regrets, Gerald Stevens

My experience with the Physician today was great. I was a little hesitant when I read the reviews of the Physician, however, I needed to get into the office asap. Originally I was booked for January and than I received a call from the office that there was a cancellation and if I was offered an earlier appointment since I requested to be placed on the list. Yay! When I went into today there was a little it of a wait but once I was in the room I understood why. The Doctor took her time with me and was very pleasant. I'm glad I decided to make my own judgement.

At first I found Dr. Eberle to be a good neurologist. That was when I was fine and having no problems. However, when I started having breakthrough seizures, her plan was increase this pill and/or add this pill. Getting into see her was always almost impossible. When someone with epilepsy is seizing, they need to be seen. I finally sought out a second opinion and things are going much better. While I never experienced her being rude to me - and if she had been I would have been rude right back (that is my personality) I did find her to be a bit condescending at times. The wait time was sometimes unbearable and her staff was 50/50 on their professionalism. I am sure she is a very competent in her field of medicine, but people skills are not just one of them. I wish her well, but I have moved on to another doctor.

I have always found Dr. Eberle and her staff great. Getting appts are sometimes tricky - other than that no real complaints. She is always good to call back when needed.

First, the staff was rude and uncaring of my situation. I was given an appointment over the phone at 2:00 to see Dr. Eberle even though my regular Dr was Dr. Monday. When I got there they made me wait forever to get paperwork then said that I was late (I got there at 1:50) because I was supposed to get there 30 minutes early to fill out new patient info because I hadnt been seen in over a year. NONE of this information was told to me. THEN, they tried to send me away because the Doctors do not switch patients. I did not accept this and they said they would see me. One hour later, they sent me away because I came in late and Dr Eberle wouldnt have time to see me. I rescheduled, she tried to allow me to get on new birth control without taking blood levels to monitor my seizure meds. She said the birth control was fine and wont effect my meds; I told her my pharmacist wouldnt fill it unless I got permission from her. She looked it up and said yes there is risk we need to take your levels

No bedside manner, ordered expensive dx tests that may not have been necessary, refused to listen to patient and was put off when patient asked too many questions

I made the mistake of not taking all of the negative reviews to heart. She was the rudest, most offensive woman I have had the misfortune to meet. I strongly suggest that you seek other help.

I was very disappointed with Dr Eberle. I went to see Dr Eberle because I was having severe fatigue, headaches/head pressure, numbness in my feet and several other neurological symptoms. Dr Eberle constantly interrupted me as I was trying to explain the symptoms I was having. I told her about the numbness in my feet and her comment was "so what". I told her that I was having sever fatigue and that my GP had done some blood tests to try and determine what the problem was. When I told her that my GP did not find anything in my blood tests she stated "Well if your GP didn't find anything wrong then you should just go back to work." Of course that was impossible because I was exhausted beyond belief. Dr Eberle was completely arrogant and made little if any attempt to try and help me. She simply stated "I don't see anything wrong with you and recommend that you go back to work". Dr Eberle recommended that I take Cymbalta (an antidepressant) for the numbness in my feet.
