Excellent doctor. Very knowledgeable and efficient.

Thank you so much Dr Mullinax. The minute she walked in, I could tell she was a good Dr. She read my chart and was knowledgeable of my condition. The previous dermatologist I saw was trying to treat me for something other the the condition I told her I was there for. She almost immediately spotted the issue on my skin and pointed out other areas I had issues. She explained my issue and the medications (creams), she was prescribing. She showed empathy and concern for my condition. She also made she to mention the importance of following up with my other care providers. Her staff was also very friendly. In particular, Justine, I would give him 5 stars also! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I definitely would recommend her to anyone, needing a dermatologist.

My wife has been told to come back for a follow up intralesional injection, thus she set the appointment and waited 6 months to get the f/u visit. When it was time, nothing was done, no injection, although they did the first injection already and now they want biopsy again (which causes repetitive trauma that can make the problem worst). But they already have the previous result that’s why they did the first treatment but now to do the second injection she is demanding to perform the biopsy again. So for the f/u visit, my wife was only charged for the f/u visit fee but nothing was done. Dr. Mullinax is not a patient-centered but more of a business centric person.

Dr. Simms was my PCP until Kelsey no longer accepted BCBS. THE best doctor in Texas. I miss my doctor!!

Dr. Mullinax is awesome!! Diagnosed me with skin cancer back in 2008... Have been going to her ever since. Great bedside manner, very sweet, caring, and capable!! Great doctor!!!

Dr Mullinax is an outstanding doctor of dermatology. I have seen her twice and she is very thorough. She is always friendly, smiling and caring. I wouldn't want to see anyone else.

Dr. Simms is a wonderful Dr. His bedside manner is awesome! It's been a long time since I've had a Dr with his kind of patience with his patients. Love my Dr.

My current physician wanted me to see a dermatologist before I start a treatment. We had some specific questions. Unfortunately she was unable to answer any of them and she did not show any interest in finding the answers. Instead, she suggested a treatment that had failed for me in the past. When I told her that we had tried this, she kept insisting that she "likes" the medication. She needs to listen to her patients needs and understand that it is not about what she likes, it is about the patient's needs. Neither my physician or I was impressed. Fortunately she is not the only dermatologist around and we were ablr to find the answers to our questions and start the treatment that is ongoing and showing results. I do not think she will get referrals from my physician.

Dr. Mullinax gave the most thorough exam I have ever had. She is no longer with Bellaire dermatologists and I really miss her professionalism. I would highly recommend her.
