They NEVER answer the phone and when you leave a voicemail your call will NOT be returned. I have to physically go to the office to make appointments. I have left several messages and nobody returns the call.

Dr. LaFleur and his entire team our AWESOME! Not only did Christie schedule my appointment quickly, they processed my through the practice is less than one hour. I think I took longer to complete my new patient paperwork. Everyone was friendly, caring, compassionate and smiling from the front desk to the lab tech to the MA/nurse to Dr. LaFleur. I don't recommend sustaining an injury to visit them, but if you find yourself with neck or low back pain and conservative treatment methods (chiropractic and/or physical therapy) aren't achieving permanent results, schedule an appointment with Dr. LaFleur, I believe you'll be glad you did.

Dr. Lafleur is awesome at what he does!! His nurses are wonderful as well and Christy is THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! They all take time to listen to your issues and genuinely care that you're in pain. I feel that they really care about about me and that is what I need to get better as I am! Thank God for Dr. Lafleur and his amazing staff! His procedures work. I can finally get out bed and live my life now thanks to him, I honestly thought that would be impossible. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Sincerely, Amanda Cox

Dr.Lafluer is wonderful! Nurses are wonderful! However his office manager, Christie, is incompetent. She has limited knowledge of how to get a procedure on the schedule.

Dr. Lafleur and his ENTIRE TEAM ARE AWESOME!! He listens to you and actually takes the time to explain ALL OPTIONS!! I have been seeing him and his team for over 2 years and would recommend him TO ANYONE, living with Chronic pain!!

Dr. LaFluer has helped me so much. I’ve been seeing him for several years. He has great bedside manners and I never feel rushed during my visit. He always runs on time and makes sure he addresses my problems. He has a wonderful staff who treats all of his patients with great respect. Christy, the office manager is so sweet and always provides me prompt service and I never feel like I am a bother to her. And his front desk associate, Lila, is a sweetheart. Lila is one of those who just lights up a room when waking into the office and talking to her. She truly cares for all of his patients. If you need any pain management doctor please go see Dr. LaFluer in Pearland.

Dr. Lafleur is great with patients, he sits and actually talks to you and listens to fears, concerns and helps find the best course of treatment. My wife has been seeing him for a little over a year and he has been great.

I rejoice the day I was referred to Dr. LeFleur. After just 2 procedures with him,I have been able to take half the amount of painkillers ,where other doctors never offered me these procedures. The best part is I feel this is only the beginning! He and his whole staff are professionals and always quick,kind yet will take the time to answer any questions you may have.
