If you the black male doctor in the emergency room that’s in his early 30s and bald , please run he does not know what he’s doing and because of his handiwork I now need to schedule a surgery to reopen it and properly close my laceration.
i love how they treat patients so well and are always caring and kind for patients. i just got home from memorial hermann houston and they did so well on my baby sister. ill be looking forward to seeing yall soon!!
Got help that I needed just spent the night woke up ask for some yo put in my stomach all the lady said was let me ask your nurse. Just got me dry waiting while she in the counter sitting, such a great job sending your patients off with no food in their system off medication
Saved my mom's life multiple times from sepsis. The doctors and nurses are also not arrogant and do listen to family input & check thoroughly. I am not sure who the others have see, but every time I have had to go here with my mom (over 9 times in 2025), the care, doctors, and nurses have been great and attentive. And mysteriously, it has been the same doctors and nurses usually encountered, so maybe that is also part of the equation. At any rate, I am not sure who is reading this, but if you are one of those doctors and nurses I want you to know you do a great job and make a difference. Lots of people will leave 1 stars, but understand that patients always are in an irate mood about something, esp. if it cannot be resolved by medical science.
Dear Dr. Santpurkar I just wanted to sincerely thank you for your prompt response regarding the medication and referral. Your quick action and support mean more to me than I can express. Over the years, you have come to my rescue so many times I’ve truly lost count. I honestly don’t know what I would do without your care and guidance. Please know that your dedication never goes unnoticed. My family and I are incredibly grateful that I have a doctor like you. Thank you once again for everything you do. I am deeply appreciative. With heartfelt gratitude, Bert Saunders
I wish I wasn’t in so much pain when I was here because maybe I could remember the name of the nurse who talked down on me and told me I wouldn’t make it as a mother while I was pregnant and in a lot of pain. All I can say is she was a blonde middle aged bitter woman. She thought I was faking and told me to stop crying. Here I am 4 years later, and I just want to let her know I’m a great mother but her words still sting to this day. It’s sad that hospitals aren’t filled with nurses that actually have a heart for what they do. I wouldn’t come here if I were you.
My son came in due to chemical exposure(sulfuric acid)and Dr Michael Pandya failed to complete a thorough examination. I requested an X-ray..My son has a history of asthma and this doctor was rude and does not care about the well being of his patients. But will definitely bill my insurance for the visit.I also spoke with a supervisor by the name of Josanne and she also does not care about the well being of their patients. Directed me elsewhere, instead of rectifying the problem.
Unprofessional. The security , unit clerk and the nurse . The nurse is Jahlel (filipino woman ) . We requested to ask the charge nurse if we can accommodate two visitors. Instead of doing that security was sent to the room . Horrible bedside manner . Patient in room 8 wasn’t even offered a blanket. I see why there are so many bad reviews
I had the WORST experience at ER Southwest location - they charged my insurance (and me) $5500 for ONE needle prick, ZERO eye contact, putting me in a chair & ignoring me / treating me differently when I requested a female nurse . . .🤬🤬🤬
Memorial Hermann-The Woodlands- Nurses, doctors and attending staff was absolutely amazing. Thank You to everyone!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
