One of the best ER experiences I have had when it comes to end of the day patient care and getting you help. The doctor and staff and the treatment weee top top level. They must have got fairly busy right before I came so it took a little bit of time to get relief from initial meds but after that it was personable, attentive, courtesy, knowledgeable, and helpful follow up notes too. Highly recommend

ER nurse Dwayne was amazing very friendly, knowledgeable, and super personable. He made me feel comfortable and cared for during a stressful time. He explained everything clearly, attentive, and showed genuine compassion. Dr. Bailey was very thorough. She real wanted to make sure all the boxes were check. I truly appreciate the excellent care and kindness provided.

This was one of the smoothest and nicest urgent care/ER experiences I have had. My second visit to an urgent care clinic this day and they made all the difference. The front desk staff, the MA and Dr Rapp were very kind and caring. This was an example of taking care af people when they feel at their most vulnerable

Everyone was very kind. The nurse Chaneva was so kind and helpful. She explained everything and helped me get the meds and care I needed. The radiology tech Chandel was so patient. I was in a ton of pain and crying when they needed to get my CT scan she really help me get through it. I was able to get all the testing and labs needed to rule out any major emergency or surgery. This was not my first trip to this emergency center and while my encounters there have been good this was indeed one of the best. As someone that has spent a lot of time in hospitals and with medical staff. Dealing with pain isn't easy bc they can't see it and so sometimes you aren't believed or you're treated as if you are making it up. This emergency center is staffed with ppl that actually listen and take you seriously. 10/10 experience.

Everyone was extremely nice , Doctor Latif and Nurse Chaneva, and Radiology tech Chandel and the Admissions Representative where all indeed very kind and caring.

I had a wonderful experience with the staff !! Angie was so nice and helpful in the front. Rapp, Jeevan and Rahul were amazing as well. Definitely felt welcomed in the establishment. Very clean as well !
