Next Level Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

It's not really next level or urgent care. The front desk attendant seemed very checked out and seemed like she didn't really care about what was going on. She also told me since I was a "walk-in" a doctor would not see me for a couple of hours.. This is crazy being that this is a urgent care center.. Anybody who needs urgent care will not go online and schedule an appointment.

Person working the front desk was immediately rude and condescending to us when we walked in-she made myself (and child) wait outside in cold weather with another mother & her child because “only two people could be in the lobby”—there were currently 4 people in the lobby. Then 1 more walked in & was allowed to sit because he had an appt. We waited for over 15 mins outside to even check in. When we did, I was told our visit wouldn’t be covered by insurance because the injuries were related to a car accident. Huh? Then she said we’d have to wait for 3 hours. We left and went to Brazos Urgent Care instead who were polite, asked the right questions (ie, did you file an auto claim-yes we did-and what’s the case number), did not try to charge us $250 and we were seen immediately.

I was told they were in my insurance network. I just needed some stitches removed. Instead they told me since I did not receive my stiitches from them my insurance would not apply. I felt like telling them "Should be required to bleed out waiting for you to open at 9 am or drive all the way across town while bleeding from my head? " I also tried to call thenm for 2 days prior to my viisit but no one would ever answer the phone or return my messages. I also tried several times to schedue my appoinment via the website and thier app but neither were working correctly. I went to another urgent care. They took care of everyting at no charge and no problems. This place reaaly needs to get it 's act together.

I was bit by a dog and required stitches; However was turned away because they were not accepting any walk ins (regardless of the severity).We had to leave and go somewhere else…First time that I have ever been turned away from an urgent care!

I called to take an appointment and I had no time to wait for long long answer machine to finish

Do not go to this place I was just turned away and was told to go to the emergency room as my condition is not deemed an emergency for them and per their manager they aren't accepting anybody else unless it's an emergency.

I walked in to this location for pre-employment screening, they kept me for over an hour and were busy attending to other people including walk-ins. At a point, I couldn't take it anymore I asked what the hold up was all about and was told that they're working on it and besides, I'm a walk-in.I left there and went to another practice and got by test done in less than 15mins.I regretted every second I spent at next level and wish I could get my time back.Please, learn from me, take your business elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

I’ve used Next Level Urgent Care several times over the last few years for everyone in our family. Every visit has been great. Short wait times, testing and X-rays on site, and a very knowledgeable team.

Came today to be seen and called ahead to make sure we can be seen since it was 30 mins before closing. We were told yes. Once we arrived no more than 5 mins later, we were told no they were not seeing anyone. Very unprofessional.

The staff is so friendly and attentive. Even with 5 people in front of me I was in and out super quick. Highly recommend
