I’ve been going here for the past 5 years for a reason. I’ve always received the best care every time despite who I see at that visit. I love that I can schedule an appt online and therefore can wait it out in the comfort of my own home and then only have to deal with a short wait when I arrive. They’re also fabulous with kids of all ages.

Got assistance as soon as I walked to the counter, the lady at the front desk was very helpful and caring. They took me directly to a room and a nurse was there within minutes, a nurse practitioner was also there shortly after to take a look and let me know what my options were. Over all the service was outstanding and it seemed like they actually cared and me and my concerns and went out of their way to make me comfortable. 10-29-2023- Had extreme pain in my right knee, filled out the forms through a text message that was sent. When I got there I only waited a couple minutes before a PA saw me, PA Lan was phenomenal and seemed to honestly care how I was doing/feeling. Will definitely continue to come here when needed.

Been using this urgent care since I moved here. They take such good care of my family and I. Very good customer service too. They really listen to you and take their time to evaluate. Highly recommend them to help with infants all the way to elderly. They have helped every member of my family.

Made reservation on line. Went in & was served within 15 minutes. Doctor was helpful, professional, & informative. Only negative- seats in reception waiting area were low & hard. Very uncomfortable.

We have been to this facility several times. Each time has been a pleasant experience with helpful and friendly staff. This is really nice when you are not feeling well.

Went to prime urgent care on a whim as I still had my pregnancy Medicaid active and called before arriving and they informed they took it! It was very pleasant staff! Was in and out tested for Covid and flu and got my meds in quick! Will definitely go back as my PCP is way out in memorial city area.

Prime urgent care lives up to its name. I set up an appointment online within an hour of arriving. Upon arrival, I checked in and was seen within minutes. The staff, the nurse, and PA were prompt thorough and caring. I now know where to go for any urgent needs, I felt so much better within an hour. Thank you, Team.
