Dr. Ravi Shah, M.D., credentials speaks for itself. He presented himself with a passion of excellence and medical knowledge. Dr. Shah thrives on perfection. He exhibits the upmost professionalism. He was kind. In addition, so very caring and thorough. I appreciate the time he took throughout my visit seeking the issue I presented. The Houston Eye Associate’s team Sonja and Jennifer was so very helpful and made me feel comfortable. The front desk team member was helpful and kind as well. Thank you Dr. Shah! I truly DROPPED THE MIC because your knowledge and professionalism was so impressive!!!!!!

Dr Ravi Shah was nice quick and detailed explanation . Just one complaint the lady at the desk who did my billing made a mistake on charging my credit card to another patient bill and then realized it and then she said she corrected it and then asked for my credit card again and charged me . I checked my credit card after 2 days and its still in my credit card bill . I called billing and spoke with Stormy and it will take 45 days to credit it back . She said I can call the office again and see what they can do . I spoke with somebody and stated theres only one charge of $84 . I said no . And they transfer me to another number but nobody answers the phone . Its a hassle on my part . The lady told me to call credit card to dispute it . But its a hassle on the patient's part . The lady on the front needs to be careful charging the patients .

I was very impressed with Dr. Shah and his nursing staff the admissions staff was awesome as well. I was informed of everything that was being done and why. Once the Dr. Saw something that was abnormal or wrong he would stop and explain the problem and what could be done for it. I went in today for a diabetes eye exam and left feeling like I had found my ophthalmologist for now and the future. I felt at ease and very confident once I arrived and it continued throughout my entire appointment. Thanks to Dr. Shah and his staff for treating me great. Ron Boss
