My brother, Robert, is special needs. He has no speech. Dr. Fayle is very good with Robert. He talks to Robert and observes him. I would recommend Dr. Fayle to anyone, and especially for special needs individuals

Dr.Fayle takes the time to listen to your problem and then tries to solve your problem with further testing, meds,exercise,etc. I would recommend this practice.

I was referred to Dr.Fayle by my general doctor to do more sleep testing after my at home sleep apnea test came back negative. I paid a around 2k for the testing they wanted to do which was my deductible. Found out I have narcolepsy. My testing was August 4th and I had the results follow up the next week. The prescription they wanted me on was going to have to be made. So I gave it a week or so before calling and asking. Find out a few weeks after the doctors visit that my insurance denied the medication and made recommendations for other medications to try. I have called multiple time and the doctor nor the nurse will call me back. I’ve left 6 voicemail giving a few business days to a week before calling again and still have not heard anything back from the doctor about what to do. His office said the doctor said I shouldn’t be driving until I’m on medication.it’s now September 22 and I still have no communications with the doctor or his nurse. I call the sleep study place and they are nice and say they will relay the message. I have been nothing but polite and courteous with all my interactions. Even my general doctors office is trying to get them to respond with leaving voicemails and nothing. What a great way to treat you patients . I even told them I had a trip in October that they said I’ll have something way before then. What a lie.

I've been seeing Dr Fayle for many years. He and his staff are always pleasant and friendly. Dr Fayle is well educated and knowledgeable with a fantastic bedside manner. Always very accurate with his diagnosis and treatment.
