Sonia Eapen's Online Review Report Card

I saw Dr. Eapen for the first time 11/2/22. She is so nice and truly listens to you. I think she’s an amazing person and doctor. The whole office staff is also truly nice and amazing. They are quick and efficient. They have blood drawls right there on sight which is super convenient. Highly recommend this team.

Dr. Eapen is a very professional and thorough. She took the time to answer all of my questions and did not rush me out of the office. She has a kind demeanor and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend her.

My husband just called to see if he could be seen and tested for a specific endocrine disease and whoever the receptionist was replied “I don’t know. I’ll leave a messsge for the doctor.” Then just hung up the phone. Very rude!

I absolutely love Dr. Eapen. She is the only doctor to get my medical issues under control. In fact, I moved and now live almost 2 hours away, but I make the drive just to see her. Her visits are fast and easy, yet thorough, and she takes the time to really listen to your concerns. She is the best!

I am no longer a patient of this clinic because it takes months to get an appointment virtual or in person and when you do they send multiple reminders to check in even after you have already checked in and confirmed you will be there. Then there is apparently only 1 person who can do insurance verifications and was told the day of that they will have to see if the dr could see me because the one person is off that day to verify my insurance. I have been out of medicine for more than 30 days and the dr won’t approve any refills until I can come in but I can’t get an appointment for months then they say the day of the appointment after checking in 5 times that I may not be seen because they can’t verify my insurance that day. Edit for the response below from the incompetent owner who can’t read: you sent reminders but months long waiting lists to get an appointment as stated above. How do you explain only having one office staff person who does insurance verifications. I work in an office as well and should I be out there is someone who is able to fill in on my duties should it be needed, it’s called cross training.

Excellent physician , practice is well run and I was in and out with my family member really quickly. I didn’t have to wait long which is huge if you’re running on a strict schedule and having to take your family member to multiple appointments. The doctor is thorough and compassionate. I feel blessed to have caring doctors that can help my family.

I have had the enormous good fortune to have been under the care of Dr Eapen for diabetes and weight mgt for almost 10 years. I have experienced great benefits to my health. She is up to date in the state of the art in her specialty. But her secret sauce is that she possesses qualities that set her apart from the rest, that makes her an extraordinarily good and effective doctor: she LISTENS. SHE TRULY LISTENS and works with patients with interest, compassion and is flexible in her approach to the needs of individual patients. She is not judgmental and is caring in a sincere and genuine way. Thank you Dr Eapen!

I have been under her care for almost 10 years now. She is knowledgeable and up to date on the state of the art with treatments and medications. But what sets her apart from the rest is her ability to not only truly listen, but she has a non-judgmental, compassionate and caring attitude. She is upbeat positive and is flexible. She is sensitive to costs of meds and will be mindful of ways to help with medication costs too. Recommended in highest terms.

The third party booking software is pointless. Office had to change my time, and I had to resend insurance information. The office staff called me multiple times to tell me my appointment was at 12, and when I got there at 12, I wasn’t seen because they said the appointment was 20 minutes ago. I’m sure she’s fine doctor, but let’s get the office in order too.
