They do not care about their patients, the receptionist as the manager were very rude and unprofessional. We have been existing patients for many years my boys and I. Called to schedule and appointment for my boys and my self as they live with their father and I could take them after work. They stated they could accommodate us as we were in the same household. I informed her my boys live with their father I live at a different address. It's hard for me to take them when I work in the medical field and get out late. She states they couldn't do anything for us. As a medical practice I believe the patients come first as we are there to help them with their needs. Due to that reason and that nor my boys nor I live on the same household and still do not want to schedule us at the same time or date. I rate you all as a poorly service.

I just want to say that I had a wonderful visit today! Jordan checked me in and made me feel at home. I was concerned about the blurry vision I noticed when reading up close. Dr. Montgomery did a thorough exam and answered all of my questions. I was concerned that I might need contacts. I have never worn glasses before. Dr. Montgomery let me know that I would only need a low prescription for readers. I was relieved. I sometimes worry about some places pushing treatment to make profits. It is nice to find a place that is conservative and honest. Dr. Montgomery was amazing!!!

I had a great experience. Great service. Everyone there is very helpful. The optometrist was great, explained things to me about the eye that was pretty cool. Ordered my glasses the same day. All around great experience.

I usually go to a different Today’s Vision, but I came here to see Dr. Ghobrial for my annual checkup. I only had to wait a few minutes while I entered basic background information on a computer and chose which eye tests to have. The assistant answered a few questions I had about the various tests but didn’t try to upsell. The whole exam and tests took about 30-40 minutes. Dr. Ghobrial is a kind patient optometrist who was happy to answer a few question I had about my contacts. I wear contacts more often than glasses and was able to order a year’s supply. I would come back for future examinations and any eye related issues .

the service here is very bad. i scheduled an appointment for 5:45 and got called in at 6:20,and then after a two minute checkup i was sent into a room to wait for the doctor, who arrived after another 20 minutes of waiting. if you choose this place, you have to be real patient.

I dont understand how anybody can be unsatisfied with the service here. I have always been treated to the most professional excellent care and customer service I've ever had I would recommend this without even thinking twice best place to come to.

Dr. Lee is awesome. Very thorough, answers all my questions, great care. The staff are all very friendly and professional.
