I went to this ENT for a basic check-up and to get an allergist referral. While I was there, she insisted to also "do a quick spray up my nose to take a further look". Afterwards, she gave me the referral and said I may have a minor sinus infection and she'd prescribe me some antibiotics if I wanted to use them. I ended up getting billed for $350 for a "surgery" performed while I was there. Apparently, she did an endoscopy; however, she did not disclose that she was performing this procedure nor did she mention this was anything different that may bill differently. I reached out to them directly as I assumed this was a mistake and was simply told you "signed the paperwork which allows us to do any procedure and bill you for it." Avoid this place unless you want to get billed for unnecessary procedures

Dr jordan did my sinus surgery. She is knowledgable and adept. I was in good hands and have every cofidence in her intelligence and expertise. I highly reccommend her. Pamela Miller

Dr.Jordan is absolutely amazing with children! My son loves going to her office, because she is so caring and makes him feel at ease. He had ear tubes and adenoidectomy last year and she made the whole process as easy as possible. He is now doing much better. We will be patients for life!

Went to her because I found out that I had a bone that was stuck in my left ear. Been profoundly deaf in that ear for 20 years. The moment I woke up from surgery, bam, normal hearing. She changed my life forever. My family can talk to me in a crowded restaurant. No more hearing aids! Awesome doctor!

She diagnosed me before any tests were run, said it was based on her experience. Did not seem to hear what I had to say, was dismissive.

I love Dr. Jordan! I find her to be very practical and down-to-Earth. She’s always polite and kind, and she’s always treated me with respect.

I went to Dr. Jordan with a severely deviated septum and was waking up through out the night with a split and dried tongue as I could only breath through my mouth. Going to Dr. Jordan was a game changer! After a septoplasty and turbinate reduction, I could not only breath freely through my nose, I could get a good nights sleep! I could even hear myself talking. I was always being told by my partner I was talking really loud, so this was great! I wish I had gone to see her sooner!

The absolute worst doctor I have ever seen. Did surgery to fix my deviated septum. Weeks after the surgery I still could not breathe out of the left side of my nose. Went in and she insisted nothing was wrong. Called a days later to say I still could not breathe, and she became very aggressive. She then insisted it was “all in my head” and that I should see a psychologist. Booked an appt with a different ENT, and he saw that she had clipped too much of my septum. Had to have additional surgery.

I went to her due to recurring ear infections as an adult. She was very dismissive and even dismissed my primary doctor stating some of them don't know what a real infection is. With my high deductible insurance i was out over $300 dollars, half day missed of work, and no answers.
