The absolute fastest doctor visit ever. In and out every week in less than 10 minutes (typically). Nobody monitors levels and adjusts like Low T Center. They’re the best…so much that I drive from Austin to be treated.

Jada is one of the best in this office among the rest of the staff. The B12 injection has changed my energy levels and overall health.

The new location had no hiccups from my experience. The only issue I have ever had with Low T clinic are the tablets and software used by the company for checking in and checking out (which is not a reflection on the staff). At times, the tablets will not accept payment or just stay in a "processing" screen. Aside from this inconvenience, the staff onsite is welcoming, friendly and tries their best to accommodate the numerous patients arriving to check in. My wait time has been almost non existent and Lexi, Dora, Youlanda and Jada are all gentle and professional in their duties. Alonzo is responsive and educational to questions and gives off a vibe that shows that he genuinely cares for his patients. Staff can truly make an impact on customer experience and I'm happy to see these faces in Pflugerville.

Terrible experience!! Everything they did was handled in such an unprofessional manner. If you suffer from Sleep Apnea and are looking for help, get an In-Lab sleep study. Don’t bother taking Low T Center’s joke of an In-Home Test. It also took forever to get my My Medical records and notes from them to be sent over to a real Doctor. Gross negligence across the board. Stay Away!

Booked an appointment gave all my information fasted showed up that morning to incompetent counter worker couldn’t understand what I was saying didn’t have an appointment not very helpful blamed it on being in a new location not a good way to start your process people too many places like this out there tonight have a good customer service
