My daughter used to be seen by Gudrun, one visit in particular we told Gudrun that our daughter complained of ear aches, after months of asking for a referral so that my daughter could have her eyes and ears checked ,my wife and I decided to go with a real doctor. Now my daughter has to undergo surgery to drain the fluid out of her ear cavity, I would CAUTION anyone that has real concern about their child’s health to consult a real physician. This woman will not do her due diligence to help you.

Very unprofessional, my daughter had an interview which she was very excited about. someone called the same day as her interview to tell her the lady that does the interviews was sick, (which we did not believe) mind you they told her this 4 hours before she was suppose to go so fine, her original interview was set for Thursday the lady never asked her if she wanted to come the following day or nothing so she sets it for Monday they called her today which is Friday and say they hired someone! Which I could tell that the lady wasn’t being honest also we knew something was up when they called about the whole sick thing. They waisted her time and that’s what’s sucks about it! So I just explained to my daughter you don’t want to work for a clinic that is not respectful of ones time and that is so unprofessional! They missed out on an awesome hardworking young lady that loves children and that is very dedicated!!! there loss!!!!

I had scheduled an appointment for my son last month in the late afternoon. I took off work and took him out of school. The office calls me to then cancel the appointment because NP Gudrun called in. The office representative apologized and stated she will call me the following week to work us in to see NP asap. I never got a call. I called 1 week later and rescheduled my son. This time I had my mother come down to pick up my son from school. Then they call me an hour before the appointment and say NP Gudran had to leave and cant see my son again. This is the second time this office cancels on us. If your time is valuable and want a reliable physician, don't come here. Save your time and stress.

I scheduled my dauther appointment weeks ago just for a school check up visit. The only opening they had was the first full week of school. I checked my daughter out early to get here just to be told my daughter wasn't in the system and that he had to reschedule her for another school day where i would have to check her out again. Im not taking my daughter out of school again just to be told that she's not in the system again. A waste of time considering i made her appointment weeks in advance. We will take the drive to austin for better service and care.

I absolutely cringe when I have to deal with the staff here. Simple questions is like pulling teeth and they never have any certainty in their answers. It took 3 days and me calling back 2 days in a row in order to have them confirm if my son's new insurance was accepted. I changed physicians because while Dr Guddrun is nice, her staff is completely frustrating to deal with.

We love this practice! Our son was in the NICU when he was born and Dr.Cobb was very attentive to his health after we were released. She doesn't make you feel stupid for asking questions as a first time parent and she's always SO supportive of your parenting style! She's great when it comes to after hours emergency and we love the desk workers! My son will be 1 soon and I couldn't ask for a better doctor.

Im so disappointed with this place. I dont know about y'all but I like to establish a relationship with the people caring for my children. It helps me feel comfortable and trust the doctors that care for them. With that said I NEED my children's doctors to actually be more responsible when it comes to meeting appointments. Rescheduling for a fourth time is Completely unnacceptable. Im really an easy going person but this happens way too often. I mean c'mon what's going on?! If you cant be commited to your patients why not hire more doctors to come in when you cant. Im so upset maybe im exaggerating with my feelings but we moved here in November so its extremely important for me to have someone I can rely on and trust. Also, I work alot so when I request days to schedule my son in and its rescheduled it becomes an inconvenience. I want to say every appointment we've made has been rescheduled. To make matters worse, when i called to ask for an explanation and comment on how disappointed I am, the receptionist only responded with indifference .... look elswhere for your child care needs.

Everytime I call the office to try and set an appointment I am put on hold for a long period of time. I call back then it goes straight to voicemail. When my grandma takes my daughter to the doctor, the office has lost the paperwork needed twice now. There is always some type of struggle but when it comes to Dr. Gudrun Cobb, she has been cool .

I have taken my children here since they opened. I have NEVER experienced anyone being rude on the phone or in person. Gudrun is personable and is awesome with my children! One of my children was sick when she was vacationing far away and she gave me her personal cell number and went out of her way to assist and even called back to check on my child. I love the staff and and my children love their Dr.
