So happy I found Patrick at Trata Physical Therapy. Every session he pushed me more and more and helped me understand how I could support my trouble areas. I really enjoyed the exercises as well as access to the portal to review any exercise with video models. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or physical therapist. Patrick really listens to your concerns, develops a well thought out program, and is ready to provide guidance and support throughout the process. If you’re looking for a physical therapist, you won’t regret working with Patrick.

Amazing place. Very professional and knows exactly what he’s doing. Patrick helped me recover from a very annoying hamstring Injury in record time. He also treats all types of sports injuries. Very very recommended.

If you are looking for a specialized PT, I highly recommend Patrick. When I was in a fatal car accident back in 2020, I had a long road to recovery and I was so close to giving up. Patrick has always been so positive and kind. He gave me my confidence back in no time. He also would check in from time to time to ensure I was doing well and that I was keeping up with my exercises! Recently, I reached out to Patrick due to some knee stiffness. I was good to go in just two sessions. Thank you Patrick!

I have never been a big fan of physical therapy and really never understood or saw the value until I met Dr. Patrick. Earlier this year I was diagnosed with severe carpal tunnel and needed to have surgery to relieve the numbness and tingling. Dr. Patrick recommended we started pre-surgery therapy to prepare me for post surgery recovery. Had he not given me this advice and truly taking the time to understand my concerns I don't think I would ever recover as quickly as I did. He is caring, thorough, and truly does put the needs of his patients first. He customized my therapy and partnered with my personal trainer to ensure my health and safety was top focus!Having surgery on both hands at the same time was difficult but Dr Patrick's expertise made it so much easier for me to manage.I am now a believer in the benefits of physical therapy and highly highly highly recommend Dr. Patrick for any of your physical therapy needs.

Dr. Patrick is by far the best physical therapist I have ever had. He has a deep understanding of what is needed for recovery and provides simple tools that I can use in my daily life to help myself. By the time I am finished with my therapy, I feel much better, and have the ability to maintain my recovery on my own. Dr. Patrick is easy to talk to and very encouraging throughout treatment. I highly recommend his services.

I have worked with several PT's in the past and I can confidently say that Dr. Patrick is the best. Having been a professional athlete himself, he understands and works towards a solution to help you get back to what you love doing. He treated me for Tennis Elbow and under his guidance and care, I was able to over come the injurie and get back to my workouts pain free. He is very professional and explains the complex process in a simple way. Highly recommend him and his team if you are wanting to get back to being you and doing what you love.

Patrick has been helping me get back to soccer shape after tearing my ACL last year. It’s a long road and Patrick has been hugely helpful, catering my program specifically to my sport and adjusting the program to deal with a setback that required a second surgery as well as some range of motion issues. I tore my other ACL previously and didn’t get the same level of care that time around. It ended up taking nearly two years to get back to 100% due to how haphazard the program was. With Patrick I’ve just returned to play in under a year and I’m feeling a lot more solid this time around!

Initially I had started my therapy in a different clinic but I didn’t feel I was making a lot of progress. They would just leave me there to do exercises or tell the tech to give me exercises. Then, I started with Trata PT and it was AWESOME! They really take care of you over there. I am a soccer player who had an ACL surgery earlier this year. The personal touch during each session and the ability to progress accordingly was a game changer to me. I am now cleared by the doctor to play again and I am confident my knee is strong again. I highly recommend Trata. They are amazing.

Prompt communication, able to continue to exercise in controlled environments while going through rehab, and got me back to playing within a reasonable amount of time. Couldn’t have asked for more from the experience.
