The nursing staff all the way down to cafeteria have been A PLUS. My husband, Rickey Abdullah and I have nothing negative to say about the doctors and everyone!!!! To name a few, Amber, Kate, Loretta, Tammy, Cheyanne,, Daniel, Chris, Jacob, and all of the doctors, with too many to name. Thanks for all you do to serve all the patients and their families. Dr MacBeath always great

I was charged for flu shoot even though I have Medicare Advantage. Not for the medicine but the injection ($45). Go to drug store to get your flu shoot because it's totally free with Medicare. This charge comes from the hospital not the doctor.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! This was years ago, but I will never forget how terrible my experience was.I went here with a really bad UTI. I was susceptible to them ever since I was a child so I knew when I had one. Since my urine was so clear from excessive drinking, the doctor thought the test results meant more than my word. She didn't even want to hear me out about my agitating pain and bleeding. I walked out crying with no care, a $200 bill, and no relief. I was young, afraid of rejection, and didn't want to be billed and turned away again, so I tried to flush it out of my system in hopes it would clear up. I sat on that infection for three weeks until my boyfriend saw how miserable I was and convinced me to go elsewhere. Went to another doctor, and the test came back positive.This malpractice was dangerous and it could have led me to a worse condition like a kidney infection or sepsis. NEVER AGAIN!!DO NOT GO HERE!!! I spent 12 days there recently with Covid pneumonia. The nursing staff & Dr. Zarcone were very attentive and caring for everything I needed. I really appreciate all the employees that helped take care of me. I couldn’t have asked for better care.

Great experience in the E.R- start to finish! Everyone was super sweet, helpful and talkative from the receptionist to the techs and doctor. Great job UT Pittsburg!

What a horrible experience, this facility lacks real medical professionals. I'm writing this review to help people seek real medical help at a facility with real caring medical professionals that are educated and know what they are doing.... Tammy from the ER is extremely rude, unprofessional, she lacks common knowledge, bedside manners, and communication skills. None of the people walking around wearing scrubs like it's Halloween should be practicing as professionals or taking care of people in this facility. The God honestly truth is that this facility is nice and has an awful medical staff that really isn't going to properly care for any patient sadly... Tammy wears the scrubs and acts the part, shame on her for calling herself a medical professional... It's a shame and very sad to see people going to work in an outfit for a paycheck in the medical field.. This is not the type of people that you would want to trust your life or your family members life with.. My experience makes me sick to my stomach knowing people have to trust their lives in a rural area with this unprofessional medical staff. I would not trust any family members life in the hands of these unprofessional, inexperienced careless actors in outfits. I pray to God that this facility hires new staff that is competent enough to help patients... Please if you are reading this and care for your health. A test that usually takes 2030minutes took them 1.5hr

ER has always been the worst, ladies at front desk don't even bother to give instructions or speak to anyone entering the building
