Advanced Dermasurgery Associates's Online Review Report Card

I had 2 pilar cysts removed 4 months ago from another dermatologist. Anything that could go wrong did go wrong with that procedure even though the cysts were relatively small. They did not numb me up enough. I felt the cauterization and let me tell you... its like someone putting your head on a hot stove. THEN, he pulled the stiches so tight I had headaches for two weeks probably because the skin of my face was pulled up so tight. The incision looked horrible and it took months to heal and looked on the verge of being infected. Then I come to Dr Sells as I have two more than need to removed and they are HUGE I was a little disappointed Dr Sells didnt want to remove both in one visit but he's the one with medical degrees not me. So we did the first one. First, Kendra was amazing. I didn't feel a thing. I didnt need to be numbed up twice in the middle of the procedure. She is obvisouly way better trained, amazingly sweet, and an absolute asset to this practice. For Dr Sells, the incision was super clean, healed within a couple weeks , never looked infected. I never felt my face was being pulled, no headaches, I almost forgot the fact i had a two inch incision in my head. I have zero regrets and zero conflictions on who is excising the last cyst.

They really care about their patients. Dr Posten is the best. I have been going to this office for about 15 years and always treated special. Love them.

I had an appointment today for Mohs surgery. When I arrived on time with 15 people in the waiting room waiting to be seen I was asked to fill out paperwork. I told the little girl I had done so online. She said they didn’t have it and handed me the self check in tablet. All my info was already in the tablet. The only thing that wasn’t was my payment. I chose not to pay online because I see 15 people in the waiting room at 9:30 am. I need to get back to work so I ask how long might it take. She says 2-5 hours. I have had this procedure done three previous times and that seems ridiculous. She asked if no one told me? I said no they did not and that would mean I needed to take a half day off work. She asked if I wanted to get a consult but they would need to collect my copay. I said no I prefer not to pay you twice when I should have been informed prior to driving all the way over here and then being told it would take up to 5 hours. I will not go back to this doctor. They have obviously completely over booked and have no regard for any one else’s time.

Surgery was fine, was told my insurance was fine, paid the copay but when I came into get my stitches removed I was told I had a near 500 dollar bill after I was told there were no further charges. Lame Edit: Thanks for the canned response, that fixed my problem.

First class operation. Very courteous and competent physicians and staff. Very accommodating.

I want to Thank ADA staff, they were all very nice and caring. Dr David Wright did an amazing job removing all the Basil Cell carcinoma off my nose and he repaired the huge hole it left, beautifully Everyone has complimented me on how good it looks. I would highly recommend Dr Wright to my family and friends. My doctor who referred me to Dr Wright said he was the best and I highly agree with her. Thank you Advance Dermasurgery Associates for making this scary issue not so bad

Office staff is compassionate, nurses are skilled and make you feel at ease, doctors explain the procedure and answer any questions.

Truly cares for the patient. Very informative with options and provides time for discussion. Strongly recommend!

Perfect place for Mohs surgery!

Dr. Wright is extremely talented-I am grateful for his skills. I’ve had three surgeries done by him as of today.
