Dr London was wonderful!!! I’m feeling so much better and so grateful I was able to work with him!! The staff was wonderful! Facility surgery was in was wonderful! Their staff was wonderful!! No pain anymore AND a great experience with staff caring for me and helping me along the way!!! Thank you so much to Joyce and Dr London!!! You two made this experience doable and much easier!!!

Dr London performed my hiatal hernia surgery in Jan 2020. I was unsure about the operation, but very glad I did it. Dr. London was very helpful before during and after the procedure, even calling to check on me personally. If I ever have questions, I can actually get direct answers from him and not just a nurse or be put on hold. I highly recommend him if you are needing a surgeon.

Danny the receptionist is so rude and unprofessional. I wanted to reschedule my surgery appointment ,and I asked her the specific date and she said yes we have that date available in Mckinney location, then she said she'll check and she'll call me back . She didn't call me , so after 3 hours I called her , and she said in a very rude voice, that she need more time to find out , but NO calling back from her again . I called the office a day after , and she even talked more rude , and said , I have patient now , but I'll call you back , which she didn't do it again , also while I was talking to her SHE HANGED UP ON ME . Then I checked my email , and I had two different emails from her with two different dates for my same surgary, WHICH IS CRAZY. Danny has fearful attitude, and she scares the patients. SHE RUNS Dr LONDON PATIENTS OFF.

Dr. London is great and very talented! Had appendix and gallbladder removal by him. Minimal scarring and fast recovery. Highly recommend him!

I had surgery with Dr.London 4/3, he thought it would be an easy and simple surgery, but once he got in my thyroid nodules and thyroid were were way bigger than what he thought. He had to cut my inscision a little bigger than we had discussed. I was so sad when I woke up and looked in the mirror, I cried. He assured me it would heal up and look so much better soon. I didn’t believe him. However, each day it was getting less noticeable. Today I am 14 days post op, and it’s faded so much. The only thing you can really see is the surgical glue. He was amazing. If I ever need anything else, I will be sure to contact his office. Such a great Doctor, when no one else listened to me, he did. I am so greatful for this man. He saved my life. I am forever thankful for him.

I saw Dr. London today and he was fantastic! He answered all of my many questions and didn't make me feel rushed at all. He explained everything to me about my hernia and the course of action to take. He really made me feel comfortable and very well informed.

The receptionist has non receptive communication skillls. Called on March 14, 2018 at 11:30 AM for surgery appointment with Dr. London after referral from my internist - was put on hold 3 times and had to repeat numerous times. The receptionist was multitasking - and was completely non receptive and rude. There are other doctors in town - it’s the total experience that counts. First impression with the receptionist was terrible, did not want an appointment after that.

The doctor explained the surgery thoroughly but fortunately, I've had issues with his staff. His staff is very unprofessional and rude, they talk back to you when you tell them the reason you are choosing to see the doctor. I had complained of pain and the receptionist was really mean and sarcastic which made me not even want to see the doctor for my pain. I was dreading going to my post op follow up because I didn't want to deal with his staff and I never felt like that before. Dr. Patel was unprofessional too. The 4 stars are for doctor Alan.

Two weeks ago I went into my local ER and was struggling with tremors and my heart rate was so fast it felt like it would eventually beat through my chest. I complained to the medical staff that I had been diagnosed with Thyroid issues that Friday before but had not met with an endocrinologist because it was literally days ago... that hospital sent me home with a pinched nerve and some nausea medication. Since it didn't feel right I then went to another hospital which admitted me immediately and since I had a meeting scheduled with Dr London (who ironically does surgery at the hospital) the on call Dr reached out to him and Dr London was in my room within a few hours! Let me tell you something... this man is heaven sent! He is thorough and will NOT just jump and do surgery! He triple checks everything and makes the BEST decision medically while also taking your feedback into consideration! He saved my life! I had my thyroid removed by him last week and I am already up and about and feel amazing! He listened to me, he explained what was going on and most importantly he is a family man so he included my husband on everything from start to finish! He treated my condition like an emergency and he checked in on me multiple times in between his already chaotic schedule! Please trust me when I say he is the real deal and a very rare find! His office is incredible and they don't care the time, they will try to help! He's truly a blessing and I am forever grateful that he walked into that hospital 2 weeks ago because if I kept ignoring my body I probably wouldn't be here to post this review! Thank you Dr London!

Dr. LONDON is one of the best surgeons iv ever met!.. his bed side manner is incredible.. I have a rare condition calld Hidradenitis Suppurativa Dr. LONDON preformed the surgeries to both my underarms in 2007 and 2008.. I have had several other surgeries for my HS in subsequent years after I moved from tx upon graduation from high school.. ALL OF MY OTHER SURGERIES HAVE GONE WRONG.. stitches came apart.. staples ripped open.. the only way I was able to counter the problems were with knowledge I had received from being a patient of Dr. London.. it was his techniques that kept me from losing my legs.. this man has not operated on me in 10 years but his wor are the ONLY surgeries I didn't have complications with and I would recommend him to ANYONE!.. my right arm has been in remission for 10yrs now.. THANK YU DOCTOR LONDON..
