Really liked Christina ! Listens and does not rush. Great personality and explains everything. Very nice office staff and medical assistants in both the Frisco and McKinney locations.

Dr El Hag is a fantastic doctor. He is very thorough, extremely knowledgeable and knows exactly how to treat symptoms. His staff is wonderful as well.

EDIT AFTER THEIR REPLY: First of all no one disclosed the extra charges, never even a cop pay( but I knew there was a co pay based off my insurance) but no one disclosed anything, they only scheduled the appointment and I never heard back from. I have not received any calls so thats a lie. I had different forms of payments but to ask for that amount upfront with out a exam first is insane, once again never discussed first over the phone prior to appointment. Your reply sounds like you are trying to cover your selves with out owning up.<br><br>—————-<br><br>So disappointed I could cry. I gave my insurance and information a week before my appointment, filled out all paperwork ahead of time.<br><br>Drove 50 min to this appointment excited to finally get some questions answered , only for them to tell me it would be almost 600 up front before services. No one said this over the phone. I understand nothing is free but man not even a payment plan. I asked about credit and they said it would be a percent fee. That just told me right off the back that this place is money hungry and couldn’t care less about getting help to people.<br>A heads up would of been great before scheduling or maybe if you guys took the time to look at the insurance information and give me a call before I DROVE ALMOST A HOUR AWAY!

Consistently excellent allergy shots! I’ve struggled with hay fever since I was young, and the treatments here have been life-changing. My symptoms improved within 5–6 weeks and were almost completely gone after about 8–10 weeks of consistent shots. The staff is friendly and crystal clear about guidance for allergy shots and follow-ups

My child is a patient of Dr. El Hag’s and we can’t recommend him enough! My kid was a little bit of a weird case with sinus infections every month/weakened immune system and Dr. El Hag/his staff were the only ones who were able to figure out what was truly going on. He was the only one who was able to treat her effectively and didn’t stop until he found the true cause of what was going on with her. He and his staff are very knowledgeable and always willing to help! We wouldn’t go to anyone else! If you’re looking for an allergist/immunologist - he is your guy!

My family came into the office after my son had a bad allergic reaction and was very worried. We want to give a special thank you to PA Christina for helping us through the entire process and made us feel safe. The whole experience was amazing and very informative! The entire staff was great and although we hope we don't need to come back for another emergency, it's great to know that PA Christina will always be there for us!!

Dr Elhag allergy treatment was one of the best health decisions I made. I can now walk and enjoy outdoors without the horrible allergy symptoms. It made my life much better. I highly recommend Dr Elhag for life changing allergy treatment.

I have severe atopic dermatitis, lots of food allergies, and I frequently get sinus infections. Their treatment is always efficient and thorough. I've been treated for sinus infections elsewhere and have come back here later when the other treatment hasn't worked. I highly recommend!
