Dr.Srividya is amazing doctor and excellent with utmost care. She is dedicated, detailed takes time to listen ,never seems to hurry up professional same time empathetic and compassionate who walks extra miles in giving her care to the patients. Front desk and medical assistants have been quite amazing in replying any questions or concerns. I would 200% recommend the doctor if one is looking for.

It’s been over three weeks since I saw this doctor. They took eight vials of blood and I have yet to get the results. They are blaming on quest, but said they do not follow up to find out where the test results are. That is not a good way to run a practice. The response was they have so many patients that they can’t follow up. It’s very disappointing.

My whole family uses this office, and we couldn't be happier. They help us manage complex environmental and food allergies. Dr. Sridhara does a great job working with our kids, including one who's case is unusual and complicated.<br><br>We'd heartily recommend this office to anyone looking for allergy care.

I have idiopathic angio-edema that Dr. Srividya is trying to identify the case. I had an episode over the weekend. I call her office and thy immediately fit me in. The care the office and medical staff provides is consistently 5 out of 5 stars

Sent me for allergy testing and ran tests that weren't related to my condition so insurance did not cover it as it wasn't medically necessary. Instead of helping me fix the problem, they did nothing and let me sit with an over $500 bill and refused to help resubmit or be bothered with it at all. After some bad communication I was told they did resubmit, and medicare says the claim was still denied because the doctor WOULDNT SIGN THE PAPER WITH A REAL SIGNATURE and medicare told this office numerous times that a stamped signature was unacceptable. But they don't care because they don't owe $500 that's now going to collections. I do not under any circumstances recommend coming here because their incompetence and lack of knowledge when dealing with codes/insurance/medicare will cost you in the long run. I've had to start over at another more professional allergist office.<br>Which is fine considering the first appointment I had Dr. Srividya was wildly dismissive of my symptoms and my gut told me I should find another office. I should have listened to my gut. Don't go here

She clearly explains the treatment and helps you understand your condition better which inturn helps in great progress.
