Dr. Sljivich has superior bedside manner and presents as very knowledgeable, professional, and empathetic. This was genuinely the best physician experience I've ever had, and I feel like I have smart plan for addressing a few of my health concerns for the first time in 30 years. I'm so grateful for Dr. Sljivich and the crew for a great experience. It made my day.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The receptionist was so under prepared for my 7 year old’s appointment for his asthma/allergies. Which he had to be off his normal everyday meds which keeps though regulated for a 7 DAYS! & because she was NOT prepared for my appointment blaming everyone else, they could not see him. She would not accommodate or convince us in ANY way after THEIR mistake that could’ve been fixed. After keeping my son off those meds, he is now sick (on our way to emergency appt to Dr)- & he missed school for this appt. I had called several times, & communicated the fact of our insurance so many times - & could’ve easier been avoided if she would’ve done her job. DONT RECOMMEND unless you’re okay being Inconvenienced pregnant & with child illness.

I had such a great experience at this allergy clinic! My MA, Sara, and Dr. Alvarez were both amazing professional, friendly, and very timely. I never have to wait long, and they always make sure I’m comfortable and understand every part of my treatment. The care I’ve received has made a real difference everything about my treatment has been perfect. Highly recommend this office!

Yall trippin, Dr Slivich and his office was extremely nice to me and my family. You guys been having the issues for years and expect them to fix your issue in a day. Be patient and follow directions and work with the doc if treatment is not working. Nothing in life is free and if it is let me know. Trust the process, and make it work. I’ve been coming here going on 2 years and under his guidance I’ve almost eliminated my allergies and I’m allergic to just about everything outdoors. The staff ,especially Nicolette has been super nice and very welcoming and they will work with you if possible.

To start, I just want to say generally, the rest of the staff is great to talk to and work with in getting my treatment situated and taken care of. The Front Desk staff is honestly the biggest problem with continually getting treatment at the Plano (Preston Rd) location. Every time I have gone in for my follow up visits, they have seemed more interested in relaxing and talking to each other than greeting me and actually helping me check in to my appointment. You can tell they genuinely don't like working there or helping you with your visit. The worst part was when I went to go get a maintenance shot yesterday. I arrived early before they opened and waited outside patiently. I had checked the door at 8:39:38 to see if maybe it was already unlocked. It wasn't, so I stepped back and waited a little longer. The front desk lady came 30 seconds later, swung open the door and got in my face to block me from going in to berate me about how they don't open the clinic until 8:30 am and it is generally only for new patients! I looked at her, she was flush with anger and even joked with another patient that was laughing at the whole situation about how rude I was. Having worked clinical management and scheduling, this is not how I would expect any Front Desk staff to talk to any patient.

If you’re recommended to this practice I highly recommend going somewhere else. If I could give negative stars I would. From the rude office staff to the doctors who dismiss and minimize your issues, specifically Dr Slivich, it’s not worth your time or money to even schedule the visit. I’ve never had such an underwhelming and horrible experience from start to finish with any other office or medical provider.<br>Don’t waste your time!
